Wheel chair did not arrive had to buy…

Wheel chair did not arrive had to buy one to go on holiday also customer services still waiting for a refund if customer services can take 2 hours to reply to my msg on trust pilot how come it takes 14 working days for a refund when they already know what the problem is it takes 1 minute to transfer money into an account

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and the inconvenience this caused ahead of your holiday. While we always do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we do use a courier service for manual wheelchairs and unfortunately delays can sometimes be out of our control. We work with the courier company to try and minimise these occasions and to get them rectified as quickly as possible.

Our customer service team asks for up to 14 working days to process refund requests, and we can see you got in touch just 2 days ago. Please rest assured your case is being handled and your refund request will be looked at within this timeframe. Thank you for your patience, and our sincere apologies again for the disruption. Great service

From the beginning getting in touch with your customer service advisers, I found them all to be every helpful and pleasant. They gave me all the information I requested. The delivery was also very good, quick and efficient

Very good equipment choice and service

We ordered some equipment for a short break for a family member. Mobility Hire were great - a very smooth service. Unfortunately you can only hire equipment for a minimum of 2 weeks and we only needed it for a weekend so it was a little expensive, but couldn’t fault the equipment choice or service.

Excellent customer service and great products

The immediate response upon calling mobility hire was superb. The help and assistance was exemplary. All items ordered were delivered on time and were brand new. They were also able to supply a last minute order on the same day which helped us immensely.

The person who answered my ‘phone call was easy to understand and helpful. Delivery of the chair was prompt and the man who delivered and installed it was pleasant and efficient. The chair itself is very comfortable and meets my needs well.

Scooter was delivered on Friday 22…

Scooter was delivered on Friday 22 August. It was faulty. The carrier met a colleague and another was delivered. This one was plugged in and showed full the following morning but we couldnt get it to work or get in touch with anyone on Horizon. Nor had we an instruction book. We had to wait until Tuesday 26 before reporting the fault, Monday being a.bank holiday. By this time we were away without scooter. We took an old wheelchair. It was all very disappointing

The scooter was tested and confirmed to be working on collection, but we regret that you weren’t able to use it as you had intended. We also understand the frustration of not being able to reach us over the bank holiday period. For future reference, we do have an emergency contact form on our website for times when the office is closed which is answered out of hours, and we’ll make sure this is highlighted more clearly to customers.

We’ll also review our process to ensure user instructions are always provided with every delivery, so that operating the equipment is as straightforward as possible. We also make these available on our website so people can view a digital version.

Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we’ll use it to improve both our communication and support going forward. Kind regards Mobility Hire :)

Ordered a wheelchair but next day it turned out you didn't actually have the one we ordered and therefore we had to settle for second best. Other than that, all good.

Hire of the Rea Azalea wheelchair for my Mum whilst she is in respite for 2 weeks.
Phone call to discuss options, very informative and helpful.
The wheelchair was delivered as arranged and explained to the staff looking after my Mum.
