MoneyHelper advisor was very helpful

Until I spoke to Pension Wise I was unaware of the varied options which could be considered with "Defined Contributions". The adviser was able to detail these and provide follow up information.

Was great to be able to phone the number and speak to a real person that could explain to me my pension queries in a way that I completely understood.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff, I would highly recommend this service.

Money Helper was accessible and easy to book. It was brilliant to speak to someone in person on the phone to do this. The Advisor was very professional and diplomatic and an excellent listener! He was able to cover all areas of my queries.

Jenni who I spoke to regarding my DC Pension was so on the ball, Jenni answered all my questions without me even having to say what I needed to know. I had a list and Jenni covered them all during our call. In fact I missed my original call from pension wise due to my phone not working properly, I had to wait 2 months for that appt in the first place as they are so busy, when I told Jenni that I needed to speak to someone urgently after missing my call Jenni sorted out my problem. It was well worth the wait of 2 months. I was actually nearly crying when Jenni said she would help me after speaking to her supervisor as Jenni had her own quota of calls to take too. Her supervisor gave Jenni permission to talk me through my pension options, Great service, could not have been any better.

The agent with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and helpful and of huge assistance in clarifying very technical issues relating to lump sum payment of state pension. She had a very lengthy telephone conversation with me and sent helpful links by email. She was able to clarify an aspect on which incorrect information had been given by DWP which had caused confusion. She took time going over the detail and the conversation wasn't rushed which was also very helpful. Would recommend very highly.

It has been very useful to get a questionnaire today from Pension Wise - as a follow-up to a very helpful talk with me, by phone, about my options at the end of April. I have since checked out various options and spoken to others, including staff at my pension company - and thinking further about the questions today I will review my paper-work once more.
