Moona is misleading. I received £5 off using Moona - only to pay £89.97 in direct debit payments over 3 months. When I queried this Moona said they would refund the membership fee - but only refunded £29.99. When I requested the remaining refund they said they wouldn't. It's rather disappointing and a bit of a scam.

Will allways choose this app. The prices are affordable here.

5 star because £5 immediately taken off total price long as nothing hidden and suddenly appears then 5 star everytime! Always cautious with offers but seems geuine and lots of decent reports!

I have been a member of Moona since September 2021 and have overall been very pleased with the service provided. I felt like, at £29 per THREE months I was afforded a reasonable value for money proposition. This charge has unfortunately changed to monthly - which is great for the business but bad for the consumer. Moona did inform me by email of the change by email which I unfortunately missed, and only noticed after making my regular order from a Moona supported local retailer. Needless to say, I was speechless. Membership cancelled.

As for their new benefits, most of the 'partners' that offer discounts are the same as I get from my bank, and many just say "retailer is not participating" when you click through. Seems like they're hoping you won't notice that. Also, refunds in case of fraud are already offered by credit card companies for free. So, yeah, the value in this programme has now gone. Seems like they're hoping people don't realise the charges have changed!

I clicked for a £5 offer from another retailer website. Moona had taken a total of £89.97 from my bank until I recognised they were doing so. After a few emails and a call from me they did refund with a week.

However this is totally underhanded, as there was no mention of taking £29.99 a month from my account at the time of clicking the £5 offer.

I wonder how much profit they are making from this tactic to old and vulnerable people who do not carefully check their bank accounts.

They might not be classified as scammers, but I could call them a few other things!!

A total disgrace of a company. If they were a respectful company they would make there monthly fee much more clearer. Which would also prevent all the bad reviews on here, and save there accounts department wasted time of giving back lots of refunds. But it must show how much money they are ripping people off who are not aware of their shady actions!

Absolute scam, I have just been on to my bank account and discovered that they have been taking £29.99 out of my account for the last 2 months. I certainly did not sign up for this and there was no information informing me that this would be happening. I have emailed and requested a refund or it will be an email to trading standards!

depuis longtemps je ne faisais pas des nuits complètes style 3h à 4h ou insomnies, depuis que j'ai moona mes nuits sont passées de 6h à 7h30 environ.
je ne regrette pas cet achat et je recommande à tous pour des nuits bien reposantes ^_^

Use other retailers websites when going to purchase offering £5 off purchase, not knowing your signing up to a £29.99 monthly bill. When in reality the item costs you more by the charge so don't use offer if pops up.

Unhappy with the sneaky tactic to extort £29.99 monthly fees from a Dyslexic, vulnerable customer. Instead of a straightforward payment, Tower London (who I ordered from) work with Moona.com who have charged my partner £29.99 for the last few months as a Enrolment fee for a non-existing service. I am reporting the matter to the Advertising Standards Agency and recovering the fees from Moona.con through threats of legal action. If no reimbursement is made, I will seek to take the matter to a County Court.

I have no doubt that Tower are using this payment gateway to earn extra revenue through commissions. When challenged, their customer service team was extremely unhelpful.

My partner tried to purchase a hat, she accidentally ticked a box for a discount on the order and was entered into a recurring plan using the Card Details they took for the purchase of the actual item.
