Had the bathroom fitted with wall in shower. No new loo or sink and didn’t decorate, even though they had to do some plastering. For £5200 I expected more

Dear Sharon Avent, thank you ever so much for taking the time to review our company, although it is disappointing to learn that your experience with us doesn’t appear to be the best. I have looked into your project file and unfortunately, with it being a contract order from Leeds City Council for Disabled Adaptation works, we have to adhere to the specification given to us by the council with regards to the amount of work involved. You should have had the option to pay ‘over and above’ the amount given to you by the council should you have wished to look into changing your existing WC and basin also. I can only apologise if this wasn’t made clear to you at the time. That said we take all feedback seriously and always look to explore what we can do moving forward to enhance our customer experience and add real value to the service we deliver. Thank you again for your open and honest feedback.

Work done to high spec
Work done to high spec. Workmen excellent and worked hard. Have minor leak with bathroom radiator but am sure this can be fixed once lockdown eases. Engineer came yesterday and fixed the leak without my having to contact the company. That shows the high level of service. A very professional and friendly workforce.

We had a wet room installed and are completely happy with the installation. The fitter Craig was a lovely man, hard working, and did an excellent job. No complaints at all.

Excellent conversion of a bathroom to a shower room
The standard of workmanship, quality of the tiles and non slip flooring is first class.
Had it not been for some initial issues regarding what was and was not being supplied and delays in the work commencing, I would have had no hesitation in awarding 5 stars.
Should I decide to have a kitchen conversion/replacement, I will have no hesitation in using this company again.

wetroom in a semi-detached house
We chose Passmore More Ability to design and build our wetroom as a facility suitable for our elderly father whilst not looking like a stereotypical “disabled” bathroom. We are delighted with the result. Our multi-skilled fitter Steve was expert in all he did as well as being a hard worker and pleasant. Every evening the house was left in a clean state. We are delighted with the job done.
