Spoke with Ian Hunter, an empathetic professional member of staff at Moriarty Laws. Although I was distressed due to my poor health and the nature of the call but was impressed by his professionalism as he asked all the required and relevant questions whilst maintaining a respectful tone of voice throughout the conversation which is a rarity today.

This morning, I spoke with Ian Hunter from Moriarty Law regarding my outstanding debt, which had built up during a tough period of ill health. Ian helped me a lot, which then stopped me burying my head in the sand.... Ian was completely understanding and sympathetic to my situation, and he helped me set up a manageable payment plan. Checking this was affordable to me, letting me know that if I ever have a month when I struggle, help is always there. I’m really happy with the support I received and relieved, too. People like Ian are needed in all workplaces. Someone who loves their job and works with passion and, more importantly, works with the individuals to ensure they're ok. I didn't feel like just another caller; I felt looked after, and my mind is free from worry. Thank you. Faye

Bloody cowboys
Sent me letters for a debt over 6 years old . Then these cowboys slapped a ccj on me which is illegal after that time the debt get written off . Most disgusting rude people on the phone . I got so what you got other bills you owe our client money and we want it paid now.
My health is not good but I bet they will hassle in your coffin

Today I was greeted by Chris on the…
Today I was greeted by Chris on the phone.I had explained about my difficulty paying the debt I had let get so far and what I could do to about it. I had stressed out so much about this phone call but Chris helped it feel like an absolute breath of fresh air from start to finish. I now have a further 60 days and so much less stress. Zero Empathy
Called them to inform them that my partner passed away in Feb, as they kept chasing. The agent couldn't have been any less empathetic on the phone. Sorted my query but a bit of personality or a thank you wouldn't have gone a miss, considering it's not my debt or problem to have to sort in the first place!
