I can't thank him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely listened to my situation. Even though some of the issues I shared weren't directly related to his role, he showed real empathy and understanding while remaining highly professional throughout. He took the time to work with me to find a flexible and affordable payment plan that suited my circumstances, and I never felt rushed or judged. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate all of his help. Thank you, you made a difficult situation much easier.

Payment plan
I spoke to a gentleman called Mario who unbeknown to me I had spoken to years prior.
But as far as debt collectors go, he was a lovely person to speak to and very compassionate of my circumstances.
Appreciate the patience and understanding and was happy with the quick payment plan set up.

After struggling to get through on line (for some reason my date of birth 01 10 1963 #) was not recognised by the system I called and spoke to Ryan. Ryan was the consummate professional who very kindly guided me through the process. Unfortunately I was in an underground Sainsbury's car park so the line wasn't the best - apologies to Ryan for that. Overall though an excellent sevice.

I had communication with Kamran on 17/06/26. I was really worried because my financial situation was critical like, "in the hands of bailiff" critical but after our dialogue I was relieved.
