Easy to talk to
I had a debt that was recovered by moriarty law and they have actually been a really amazing company to deal with. I dealt with Ian Hunt who was very understanding of my difficult situation and made the issue a lot easier. Everytime I call the rest of the team are just as lovely, Kamran thank you for all your quick and efficient help!

I spoke to a guy called Cameron today regarding a debt from 5 years ago. He was quite helpful, explained things thoroughly, however because I never received any correspondence via email from them, I didn’t know about this debt until today when a CCJ letter came through. Because of this, I was unable to set up a payment plan. I offered £20 a month but I wasn’t able too, which is horrible, surely some money is better than none? Instead he reduced my debt by £200 and now I have to pay £100 a month for 3 months… I explained my circumstances and how I’m a single mum who’s just finished maternity leave, but they didn’t seem to take that into consideration.
I have no problem with Cameron. He was the most helpful, however the problem I do have is how the company isn’t helpful in terms of people’s circumstances.
