Easy adjustment of payment plan and friendly staff
I wanted to pay off one of my debts by making the final payment but I struggled with the automated system. I came through to Musa on a call who was extremely helpful and polite. He helped me pay off one debt and helped adjust my payment plan for another. It gave me peace of mind and I can’t believe how easy it was even though he was careful and explained the whole process to me to ensure I wouldn’t struggle. I wouldn’t hesitate calling back now.
