Great support in after sales. The CA glue that I ordered was dried out, Within 60 minutes of sending my issue to the “after sales help” at (8PM), I received a friendly e-mail back followed by a shipping confirmation of a replacement.

I recently had a minor problem with an item that I received. I contacted Motion by email and I had a reply straight back, requesting additional information and a photograph of my problem. This I did and I received a reply apologizing for my problem and a replacement was organized and dispatched. This took less than 24 hours, now that’s what I call service. Any time I contacted Motion for advice etc , I was treated with the greatest of respect and the staff were very supportive going out of their way to help. I order up some printed parts for my Freewing F4 Phantom, however upon receipt I notice that the box was damaged and the parts inside had been broken.
