Missing propeller stickers rectified by sending another complete propeller set of blades. Excellent no quibble replacement and responses from Motion well outside normal working hours. Well done.

I had a problem with a second hand MIG-29 (first generation without Servo upgrade). After opening Tickets (which were answered within 1 Business day!) I talked to Jarrett from the motion RC support, who was really helpful. In my case calling was the better option than writing forth and back, trying to explain things.
Jarrett gave me some good advise and I hope that my MIG-29 will fly well soon.

MotionRC generally has very good customer service, which can be seen that they were sending upgrade parts for the MIG-29 elevators to customers that had already purchased the model before!

This the second choise what i have made to buy a P-38 because its a good plane and very easy to fly.

To start with there are a large range of modules to look at and drool over. Prices are competitive and although you have to pay Vat in the UK, it is taken off the price at checkout, so everything balances up. I received my BAE Hawk in very good condition except 1 dodgy servo. A quick email and video to show the problem and a replacement was sent to me. Great customer service, Thank you.

All my orders was delivered in the promised Time or quicker! In one case, a delivered Product was damaged.with the Chat function and the very Friendly und competent Support Team, my problem was solved to my complete satisfaction in a quickly and easily way!

Very quick handling of problems with a flap servo on my newly purchased AL37 Airliner. Already that evening, a new servo was on its way to me free of charge!👍😃

Quick delivery to UK - Unfortunately had an issue with one of the cars I purchased - Contacted by email and got a reply boxing day - sent a video of fault and a new item was shipped out next day without question ! Can't fault the customer service - Excellent !

Good contact and service. I bought a Torro RC 1:16 King Tiger tank, SKU TOR11515CA. Unfortunately, it was practically unprotected and was damaged during transport. After I reported the problem, Motion RC EU sent me a code for a €40 discount on subsequent purchases as compensation for damaged shipment. I sent reviews but they were not published. But you can recommend Motion RC because they have attractive prices.I have to make a correction. However, the store finally posted my review. So everything is fine.

I do not recommend at all Motion RC. As a first experience with this company, I sent an order on November 30th. Shipment was delayed due to a mail address mistake, then I finally received a wrong product. Since then, several way and back contact with the Customer Service but I have still not received my order.I hope Mark Goetze will read this feed back

Great customer experience! When initially purchasing a beginner helicopter bundle with some added blades and batteries it struck me how much information was available about the product and how most (beginner) products have accompanying video's and instructions. After receiving the products as advertised and on time I found some days later to have a faulty battery. After doing an RMA request from the website (which I did have to search for some time for) I got a quick reply and received a new working battery. So very happy with Motion RC and will definitely order again.

A quick response to a faulty servo which was replaced
