Great simple and easy. Website easy to use. Received a call from Ryan with a few questions and followed up with a call back on a reasonable quote. Collection was swiftly arranged there after. Scott arrived to collect the bike, be was a very nice guy explained all the details and tansfered money to my account and completed v5 online.

Had an old bike to get rid of, arranged a price and rough time to pick it up, Scott messaged a day before to confirm and then messaged on the day an hour before. Super polite nice guy collected the bike and gave me the cash straight away no fuss. Would use again.

Avoid the site , unless you have a wreck of a bike you want to get rid of for pennies, rather than send it to the scrap yard. I requested the quote for my motorcycle, which I had for a few months with 700 miles done, excellent, like-new, condition.What a joke this valuation was! The bike worth about £7.5 on auto trader if wanted to sell privately, was quoted only £5000, despite the fact other online 'we buy any bike' sites offered £6200 in seconds.

The whole experience of using the motorcade team to sell my motorcycle was effortless.
They valued my motorcycle accurately in my opinion , arranged collection at a suitable time and paid the money into my account immediately. No hassle or stress .
A special mention needs to go to Scott who collected my bike. He was completely professional but conducted himself in a friendly and welcoming way that made the entire process seemless .

Can't fault my experience with Motortrade Team. Email's were followed up by telephone calls and Steve arrived to pick up the bike at the time arranged. Steve was polite and professional and I was paid the price agreed.

EDIT FOR THE REPLY. Yes I did get it done quickly as luckily for me the mechanic had a no show for an mot so had a spare hour, it also wasn’t the afternoon it was 09:55 (cctv proves). when he arrived so please don’t try and make me look like a liar just to protect your selves from a negative review (seems you do that a lot)I managed to get it in and checked at 13:30. and if it was booked another day I’d of waited to post my review. If not a tactic please explain why your collection driver was was giving me prices on how much it would cost etc etc and also said “I know it was agreed for (x amount) but I can hear a noise so won’t be that amount.😴🥱 wether you’d wanted to purchess the bike or not, does not excuse unprofessional diagnosis and what was a clear lie. What was said during the collection and the manor of the person tells me it was a tactic.
Your collection drivers are the face of the company his words and actions resulted in this review.

Quite deplorable.
Lady in the office was very polite and good to deal with. Unfortunately completely let down by the cowboy they sent to collect the bike. Zero knowledge, no personality and terrible attitude. He did nothing but rush around and then decided the bike was making a noise on the top end. I explained that’s the way this particular engine sounds but he knew better. He started the bike from cold and revved it. COLD START CONSIDERABLY LOUDER!
Of the back of him making this false claim I have taken my bike to a well known motorcycle mechanic and paid for a full health check. After telling him what this guy said we had a good laugh about it. If you don’t know what you’re talking about then it’s probably best to not talk about it. Definitely a tactic to lower the price but he didn’t like the fact I out right told him I disagree and won’t be moving on the agreed price. Same old story try and make false claims about the vehicle to pressure a lower price. Unless you’re absolutely desperate I really would not recommend using these. But that being said the office side were brilliant.

Started off great — I had my valuation accepted and agreed on a price. As selling privately can be a bit of a headache, I thought using a company that specialises in buying bikes would make things much easier.

Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be just as much of a headache.

I sent across details of three bikes to be traded in at the agreed trade price and arranged a collection day. I took all three bikes out of my unit and moved them to my house to make collection as easy as possible.

The collection was scheduled for 8am–5pm. The day came and went, and despite numerous calls and messages, I received no response. Two days later I was contacted and told that someone should have collected the bikes. After a few more messages, it turned out there was no driver in the area anymore — and shortly afterwards, they backed out of the deal altogether.

I even offered to drop the bikes off myself to try and resolve the situation.

The biggest disappointment was the communication. I genuinely felt like I was dealing with someone through Facebook Marketplace rather than an established company advertising itself with phrases such as “No time wasters. No hassle” and “We Buy Any Bike” with “nationwide collection”.

They may well be a good company and other people may have had a completely different experience, but unfortunately mine was very poor. From my experience, the service and communication were exactly what I would expect from a Facebook Marketplace transaction — not from a professional company.

Tried to get a price to sell my bike, had a missed call and email, replied to email asking if they could email me over the quote due to my work commitments, never heard back from Sarah so I emailed her again and she never replied to that email either. Really disappointing customer service.

Went through everything on the phone with them, constantly email and called, even after I said to wait till the following week to call, I gave in and agreed a Guaranteed offer which they stated would be guaranteed so I turned down other offers. Didn’t phone when on route or close, immediately slashed the price for things I shown in photos and explained on the phone, very rude people, told me services weren’t done, even though I shown paperwork and receipts, pressured me the whole time with bully tactics, I didn’t back down so they just walked away, literally just turned and walked off.. wasted my time.
Told me my exhaust was illegal, to which I pointed out it isn’t, I’m fully aware of legislations.

Will never recommend this company, definitely will post about this in the bike communities local too

Would give 0/5 if I could
