Sam is extremely helpful and kind hearted. He was very patient with my questions and thorough with his explanations on how SYNC works and the process and services that Gateway offers to its clients. There was zero pressure to sell me something. However by the end of our meeting, I was inspired and comfortable moving forward with various services he offered me. Also a shout out to Sophie who initially got the process going for me….

My experience with music gateway has been great!
My experience with music gateway has been really positive so far. Their sync opportunities are very well laid out and there's briefs for a variety of genres. I've also been fortunate enough to have been added to their instrumental classical playlist on Spotify, which is absolutely awesome! Can't wait to see what other opportunities come from this platform!

Excellent support before joining; no (almost) support after - until later.
I have a catalogue of 40+ albums and close to 700 tracks I thought it would be a good idea to move to Music Gateway. They dont have routines for bulk upload, but they ask you to contact support for help with this I you need. I did so, along with a number of other questions, and got detailed and good answers on all questions, with almost no delay. Then I paid to start the process, and support went first slow and then dead. I have got no help at all with the upload, and the automatic transfer from Spotify did not perform anything near satisfactorily.
I have therefore asked for a refund, but still no response. I give two stars to Sophie for her fine support before I joined; but no stars for what happened afterwards.
Update July 17th: I finally got a reply. Sophie has made a big effort behind the scenes to get our needs fulfilled, but found that it is not possible at the moment; giving us a full refund. I update to five stars, as there has been a real effort to find solutions. But be aware that if you have a large catalogue to upload - e.g 30+ albums - Music Gateway is probably not for you. But ask Sophie to be sure - she'll give you honest feedback.
