I placed an order yesterday evening and emailed the Amendments team to see if it would be possible to change the thread colour of my daughters name to make it stand out more. Within half an hour I received a reply from Krisha who has amended the colour for me and my order has been dispatched this morning. Thank you Krisha - very helpful, excellent service. Highly recommend My 1st Years backpacks, I have purchased many over the years and they are always amazing quality.

Very professional service from Irina

I contacted My 1st Years customer services in a panic after I selected the incorrect postage address for my order. Irina responded to my email within the hour, letting me know that she had changed this for me and confirmed that this will be delivered to the preferred addressed. Her communication was prompt, professional and very helpful. Thank you Irina!

Appalling

Appalling. Do not use. They lost the parcel. Never sent it out but happily took our money. I had to chase where it was then the items were out of stock. They did nothing to help. No apology. DO NOT USE unless you want to be disappointed and upset

Great Customer Service!!

After contacting Customer Services about purchasing and receiving a backpack that had a small tear on it, I had a response very promptly and the issue was resolved in a timely manner. A replacement is now on the way to me. My1stYears is a fantastic site with very high standard products, this small blip will not stop me purchasing items from them. A special thank you to Dorota, Customer Service Agent, for all the help and efficient communication! :)

My mistake

I made a mistake in the spelling of my personalised order. I emailed straight after placing the order and KRISHA changed my order to the correct spelling almost immediately. There was no anxious wait for a reply, no drama, fuss or inconvenience to me. KRISHA’s emails were friendly and supportive even though it was my mistake. I am very impressed with the customer service and would highly recommend.

Exemplary customer service

Awful Experience

My 1st years is the worst company I’ve ever used. From messing up the order for our granddaughters 1st Birthday, by omitting the personalisation, getting my name wrong on trite standard Emails, and an appalling telephone customer service experience, we are utterly disappointed with this company.
As someone whose grandchildren live far away, we thought this company was going to be our lifeline. It most definitely is not.
We’re not even going to return the faulty item, partly because of the awkward and expensive return process, but mainly because, a small refund of the original item will not compensate for the disappointment of the messed up order and the awful customer service experience.

To help resolve the situation, we offered the option to return the item so that we could replace it with a personalised version free of charge. We regret that this solution did not meet your needs.

Fabulous service

I ordered a personalised safari shape sorter for my grandson’s first birthday. The parcel arrived at the Ervri hub on Tuesday 9th June. On Wednesday 10th it was delayed. I emailed first years to see if they could do something. They quickly reported back that Evri had launched an investigation. By Tuesday 16th I emailed Frist years again because I was going round in circles with Evri. Again a quick response to say my parcel was missing.
Dorota from customer services at First Years responded politely, professionally and confidently. She arranged for a new item to be dispatched through a different delivery company. The safari sorter was reordered Tuesday afternoon and it arrived Wednesday 17 th during the morning. The sorter arrived in a beautiful gift box wrapped perfectly. What fabulous service from First Years and in particular Dorota in customer service Thank you I will definitely be using this company again

Great communication from Marie and excellent quality bags.

Great communication from Marie in customer service. The bags arrived in good time after an email to Marie who kept me informed all the way ( as I needed them in a hurry!) Excellent quality - the grandchildren will love them for their pack ups and picnics.

I have had a very positive experience…

I have had a very positive experience with My 1st Years! My first order for a denim jacket was absolutely fantastic and arrived on time and was beautifully packaged.
The second one also arrived on time but unfortunately arrived without personalization. Aleksandra went above and beyond to help with this.
I am delighted to say a new gift is on its way!

Wrong product

I personalized my own backpack and got a completely different colour palette than I ordered and my son was soooo sad when he saw the beige Backpack with a gray tractor (we choose a really colourful Blue tractor with a brown chicken an a yellow Chick) :( as an „apology“ I got 5£ discount on my next purchase…Never again!
