Absolutely gorgeous item
Absolutely gorgeous item, delivered promptly, packaged well and eco consciously (all the screws and parts were in labeled paper envelopes instead of plastic bags which I thought was a lovely touch). Building flat pack furniture is always a challenge in my experience, it's rare that I get it all right the first time around and this was no different. So I would say that the instructions could be a little clearer, but they were still better than average and the product itself was easy enough to assemble and reassemble as required, so that was fine. Very very pleased with the outcome. Will definitely buy from here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent Service despite delivery contractor issues
The company provides a prompt service and have a great choice of items to choose from.
The items were ordered very quickly and updates provided, We then had an issue with the delivery courier "Evri". The items seem to have disappeared. I approached My1stYears-Ewelina who raised a case against Evri which resulted in the order having gone missing. Ewelina apologised and offered a full refund or a repeat order but using their express delivery service. As we like the products we accepted a replacement order. All very quick and efficient. I have no issues with My1stYears

I have used this company a few times…
I have used this company a few times and they NEVER put the personalised card in so my friends never know it's me who sent them gifts. Very frustrating. Also someone sent me a littel muslin duvet thing once when i had my baby and it smelt like diesel and the company didnt do anything about it. FOr the few times i havse used it for new mothers and as a new mother it has caused me a lot of stress! Will not use again.

Amazing customer service
Great range of personalised products but what sets them apart is their customer service. Generally, I have noticed that most companies’ customer service has seen a massive decline in recent years but My 1st Years’ efforts to respond promptly and help where possible is actually really impressive! Dorota helped me with my order and went out of her way to support me. She responded promptly and found solutions efficiently. It was a pleasure buying from you again and I have no doubt I will be back to buy more gifts in the near future!

Faulty product and terrible customer service
Ordered a personalised beer glass. The order confirmation described it as a glass, but the item I received was plastic. It broke on its second use while I was picking it up to wash by hand. Customer service refused to consider my complaint under the Consumer Rights Act, saying only that the item hadn't arrived broken and was outside the 14-day return period, and would not process my refund.

Helpful Customer Services
I ordered a personalised dragon for a friend in Canada. Had an issue initially where Evri would not deliver to Canada but was only told of this because I contacted customer services as my tracking said error. Ewelina was very helpful and made an exception to get the present sent using FedEx, when we had to unexpectedly pay customs Ewelina arranged a refund of this. My friend loved his dragon for his daughter.

I recently placed an order for several items from My 1st Years which arrived yesterday.On opening I discovered one of the items a personalised cardigan had been embroidered with the incorrect name.I immediately contacted the company and dealt with a lovely customer service agent called Marie who couldn’t have been more helpful.Marie apologised for the mistake and said she would send out a replacement as soon as possible.To my delight the new cardigan arrived this morning just 24 hours after our correspondence! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service and it really shows just how much My 1st Years values their customers.As for the stunning products they produce they are just exceptional.Every item is of very high quality well made and looks absolutely beautiful.All in all I couldn’t be happier with the experience and I couldn’t recommend My 1st Years highly enough.I am already looking to make my next purchase from the vast range of unique baby items they have online and there really is something for everyone.Finally a special thanks to Marie who is an absolute star and a true credit to the company🌟🌟🌟

Lovely personalised products
Lovely personalised products. Unfortunately the chair I ordered arrived faulty - the name was slanted but I contacted customer services and Marie was very helpful and has arranged a replacement part for the faulty piece. Thank you for your help. I have ordered items before that have been good quality and I love my children having items with their names on.
