I wish I had heard of this business earlier in my parenthood journey, and I would highly recommend to parents, especially those based in the West Midlands who want to visit in store.

Their customer response times on the phone and via email is prompt.

They have gone above and beyond to help secure my product delivery in a very short time frame. I cannot be grateful enough.

I purchased a stroller from them - in store, they allowed me to test the stroller on the cobblestones, curbs and pavements outside the store to have a real world feel of how it works. This is especially helpful for parents shopping in the West Midlands as the Solihull John Lewis doesn’t have a test track, and the Wednesbury Mama&Papas keep their own products displayed on the test track.

I will definitely be a returning customer.

The team were really informative to help us pick the right pram and gave great customer service. We had a few issues with timings and Richard kept me updated throughout. I was unable to collect my pram and car seat as planned due to having my baby early so Richard dropped them both off at the house. A great family business with customer at the heart.

I ordered the YoYo 3 for my Grandson..Was delivered promptly after a few days...I loved the offer of the parasol that matches the buggy...Excellent..Very happy with our purchase.

Had a lovely experience at the Edgbaston shop buying our pram and travel system. The advice from the lady in the shop was very helpful and gave unbiased, honest opinions about the different options in store to suit our needs. Overall great experience and they offer NHS discount too which is always appreciated.

Customer service is absolutely amazing! And so well spoken and easy to understand/communicate. Pram is absolutely beautiful 10/10!!

My husband and I are expecting a little one in December and know almost nothing when it comes to the “big” things we need for baby. When we came into the store we were greeted with the warmest welcome and were given a tour of only the type of strollers/prams we were interested in looking at - no sly sales pitch or feeling pressured to buy something, just the help that two soon-to-be parents needed! I keep telling my friends that we had the best experience and how much I love that this is a small, family-owned business! I would highly recommend you stop by this sweet store.

Had issues with stock, long delivery date, communication poor and goods damaged when arrived.

My favourite shop there is, I have had an uppababy minu duo and the bugaboo stardust off my baby stroller and they are brilliant.
Laura and her partner or husband (apologies for not knowing Laura 🙈🤣) are the owners and they are such amazing people who will to above and beyond to help source what you need, Ive also had all extras from them for my prams!
Onto the next order soon, will be a customer for a long time ❤️ highly recommend

We had an issue with the pram that we bought last year, so we had to contact the shop straight away. Pram was brought back to the company but unfortunately we were told it can no longer be fixed. Laura was very helpful and offer us a refund or if we have other brands in mind. I asked for a certain stroller and she offered me a very good deal. She was very helpful and understanding all throughout the process. Now we’ve got the new stroller, and I am very satisfied. Shop is highly recommended. 😇

A wonderful bespoke shop offering everything you could want and need for a new baby and up to 6/7 years of age. The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful on my recent visit to the shop, in helping me make the right choice for a new stroller, to the point I would not now go anywhere else ! 5 star customer service . Great service from start to finish. The team gave really helpful advice on which car seat would be best for our needs and offered a genuinely personal service that you just don't get from larger retailers. Delivery was quick and the whole process was easy and hassle-free. It also felt good to buy from real people rather than a giant retailer. Highly recommended!

Lovely company to deal with, all my emails were responded to really quickly (thank you Richard and Laura). I got an uppa baby minu v2 ex display for an absolute steal! I was so relieved when I found a retailer actually willing to ship to Northern Ireland. Delivery only took 3days and didn’t cost that much extra. Love the pram. Would definitely buy from this company again

I ordered a Bugaboo Dragonfly from the website on April 9th where we were informed it would be 3-4 working days delivery! over two weeks later still no buggy. They didn’t even email us to say there was a delay or anything until we called up 24th to ask what was going on.

They told us that they couldn’t fulfill the order and they would have to outsource the buggy from another retailer. We then received the buggy but it didn’t come with the carry cot we ordered so we had to pick that up separately.

I would not recommend My baby stroller to anyone.

Terrible service

Company took payment of £200 for a car seat saying they had the item in stock but didn’t send it in 7-10 days and ghosted emails and calls when we chased it, not returning messages. No response to requests for a refund and no updates on despatch.

It was a lovely experience. The staff are extremely pleasant and welcoming. The prices are very good also, cheaper than most retail prices. Would recommend to anyone looking for strollers and other things that come with it!
