Great wee bike!
Bought as part of my work cyclescheme. Very pleased with overall experience of purchasing the bike, from initial ordering to communication in between about delivery etc. The bike itself is fantastic! Really easy to assemble. Instructions were limited so ended up going onto YouTube to assist me but straighforward enough. Power is great. Have been able to cycle quite a distance for the first time in years thanks to the electrical assistance and has a variety of speeds to suit your needs. So easy to use and to power up. Like how the battery can be removed very easily also. My only complaint would be that the seat isn't particularly comfortable and could do with being a little wider. Otherwise, I'm very happy with this bike and makes cycling that bit more fun!

Good purchasing experience
Good purchasing experience. A few tiny problems that didn’t get bigger because they were resolved with minimal fuss.
Really helpful customer support that went that extra mile in order to answer a couple of questions.
Would recommend dealing with this company.

Mycle Compact
I've been using this little gem for 2 weeks now. It is superb and great value for money. The only downsides are that the instructions are slightly out of date for the model ... It mentions a rear light which I knew wasn't with the bike. Also, the chin guard is cheap plastic and cracked easil.
The battery life is good and the motor perfect for the hills in my area. The bike is easy to assemble and fun to ride!
Finally, it comes with really personal and friendly customer service!

Great design but damaged in transit
My husband had bought (and positively reviewed) a Mycle Compact Plus and so, after trying his to check it was comfortable for my height, I ordered one too - at the increased retail price. Unfortunately, the first one arrived covered in scratches - judging by the state of the box, it had been thrown around by DPD in transit. The replacement bike arrived a week later – this time, hanging out of its box, with a large area of paintwork missing – so I refused the DPD delivery. The third bike arrived in perfect condition (delivered by Tuffnells this time) and we took it on a weekend camping trip only to find the battery was faulty - it had been fully charged, but was completely flat when used the following day. It's such a shame because the Compact Plus is lovely to ride, the design is great, and the customer service team have been very helpful. But it shouldn't take four attempts to receive a fully working product.

Fantastic customer service
Mycle provide fantastic customer service. I own a Mycle Compact, which has served me very well. I have needed to call on Mycle for support a couple of times and they have always solved my problem very quickly. They are also polite and friendly. Today they sent a courier to take my bike to their service centre to fix a minor fault.

We bought our compact plus bikes from your Kent outlet and are very pleased with all aspects of the purchase. The bike’s are great so overall Great. We have an outstanding issue with the Display, we would like to upgrade the LED display to LCD and although we have been told it’s possible can’t find out how or when? But still great bike’s. Defect product but inaccessible to service
I ordered the classic, but after 4 days, I got a phone call that it was out of stock, so they offered me the compact plus with a good deal, but I still paid extra than my budget. So I waited another 5 working days and got it today finally. But it has a significant defect!! The pedals couldn't even run!! So I called the service center several times and sent an email, but I haven't received any response yet. Their office hour is till 5 pm. What a poor service even before I try it, unlike their advertisement of easy service as UK company.

Compact folding bikes
What can I say. We both have a compact folding bikes, we are very happy with them. Both in our 70s some arthritic joints, these bikes tackle hills easily and are comfortable to ride. Being a cyclist I found them easy to assemble the bits that needed doing. Easy to fold and put in our hatchback. Would recommend.

Compact Folding Electric Bike
The bike was very sturdily built and took no time at all to assemble out of the box. It has now flattened all the hills around where I live. Although the range is only 30km, that is sufficient for the countryside riding I do. The weight is good for an electric bike, but think putting it in a car boot rather than lugging it around on public transport.
