I worked with an associate at the MyPilotstore to expedite the shipment of my new Headset and I received it in a few days, very pleased with the customer service.

This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a pen for my father’s birthday. Pen never came, and I ended purchasing a different pen for my father at a brick and mortar art store. I go back and forth with customer service for months asking for a refund. I get a different customer service rep each time I email - all of whom were of no help whatsoever. I was told to check with my neighbors to see if the package was delivered to a different address by mistake. No such luck, and also who does that?! Just refund me! Then after weeks of back and forth they finally tell me they opened up an investigation with USPS. All the while, no confirmation of the refund I had requested and rightfully deserved. I’ll never see that money again. Going to report this company to the BBB. Total SCAM!

Great price with a $30 rebate (beat Amazon's pricing), reasonable shipping time, and excellent packaging. It has many aviation items so I can browse, looking for anything I want or need.
