Was using prize picks for 3 years. Won $1100 and my account was banned and funds were seized. 2 months later now, still not contact from PrizePicks. Their communication is awful. They need to hire a rep that personally deals with issues like these, is tough enough to talk on the phone. Bunch of softies.

Placed a $10 promo bet. Neither player plated, so it was marked as "refunded."

I was not expecting cash, just another entry ticket, according to their terms. No refund ticket was issued.

Wasted 40 minutes talking to an incredibly unintelligent customer support agent who didn't even understand the issue.

He kept stating that "the refund window was missed" which makes zero sense because the game that I bet on took place a day after the "refund window," which suggests that their entire refund mechanism for games which occur outside of promo windows is broken.

Either way, just skip this app that takes huge vig and use Polymarket or Kalshi (I have no connection to either).

They hold your money and ask for your personal info to retrieve your money even after the fact that you have withdrawn and deposited with YOUR card . They restrict your account so you can’t get your money. IF YOU WANT TO BET ON GAMES USE A DIFFERENT APP BECAUSE THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY & ITS BEEN WEEKS SINCE IVE TALKED TO SOMEONE.

I won on prize pick app. Now I’m unable to receive my winning.

Terrible I been using prize picks for awhile and betting between 100-900$ a day. Recently I been encountering a glitch to where I have to close the app and restart it or reinstall the app just to get my payouts. But yesterday I put 15k on a play and won during the early payout. I tried pulling my money out but it started doing the glitch again, so instead of reinstalling the app I got ahold of customer service and they are completely ignoring my problem the whole time. I provided them with screenshots and they never responded after that and they just closed my chat. They are terrible people who are stealing money. The moment I do a large bet, they stole everything. Please report them and don’t ever use prize picks for long term investing or large bets. They will not make you rich, they will literally take your money.

They changed the lines everytime you putting something in which is terrible and undefined..shit is a terrible app when I put someone in they move the line higher but when my bet is in it goes down shut the whole app down.

I have been having issues trying to withdraw fund from the account. I am getting an error. I called on Feb 4 , and had to upload my id and do a selfie. That night I won and when I tried to withdraw I got the same message and repeated the steps and was told to try at 9 in the morning. When I reached out they tell me to go through the steps AGAIN. I for got my wallet at home. I come back to a message stating my account is under investigation. When I asked why they tell me they know it frustrating. What is frustrating is that I am depositing money easy and when it comes to withdrawing there is an issue. Then you want to investigate. There is nothing fraudulent about my account at all because I barely even play.

On 1/22 I had a 6 leg, all hit but 1 on a hockey player getting a point. Brady had a goal and was given the point but prize picks didn’t honor it. I provided proof what online stats had for him and they gave me an excuse about using third party information. Then I showed them proof on their own prize picks platform showing for a point. Then they gave me another b.s excuse. They don’t want to pay out. They are scamming people!!!!! I will never use prize picks again

Customer service is a joke account got flagged and I verified what they wanted then Ella from Prize Picks customer service wanted more information and when I refused they told me "The investigation will not commence without the needed document, rest assured that your funds and pending lineups are safe even if your account is temporarily disabled." Never told me why and then they just keep what ever money you have and tell you to submit for a review and keep referring to terms of service. They wonder why they have 1.9 star review its only going to get worse. DONOT USE PRIZEPICKS EVERYTHING IS GOOD UNTIL YOU WANT YOUR MONEY!!!! Read other reviews and you will see. I got 2 words for you Prize Picks "You Suck" give me my money

Was excited to finally jump into sports betting. Started slow 100 dollars. Almost immediately I was not allowed to place lineups or any other wagers. So I decided to withdraw my 59 dollars and prizepicks says sorry your not allowed to do that also. Tried talking to a live person and it stated AI had already handled that and I was not allowed to make rosters, or remove my 59 dollars. Its just sitting there with a button to withdraw then says you're not allowed. Feels like a total scam, Definitely would not use this site.

The app is confusing to bet. Min bet is $20. You can’t bet on a traditional money line or point spread game. When I tried withdrawing the money, I kept getting errors. Had to spend 30 min on customer chat to get that to work. To get money out , I had to link my bank account. Now I can’t unlink bank account. I predict this app will be done or out of business within 1 year

If u win a big bet , they will 100% change the stats to make your winner ,a loser. And way after the games final. I won 10k. Was waiting on my payout. Went back on 30 mins after the game final, just to see they moved Tyrese maxey from 48.2 to 47.9. There's not even a stat that can drop a player .3. But that was exactly the amount it took to put him under thd projection of 48 fantasy points. When u write in with the screenshot, they'll say they can adjust ut after the game. And then they'll say sorry u lost and end the conversation. Everyone start sending those screenshots to the NY gaming commision. This app isn't fair at all. And they'll say they only use their sports news source. They said ESPN is not reliable amd that the teams game page isn't either only their source. But refuse to tell u the source, so that u can match up the bet. Its because they put whatever they want up. Betr is way better.

Prize picks did not work with me when the app didn't deposit my $20 but it still came out of my account. Because they had a reference number and they believe I was able to submit my line up, which I did not Because the app generated a reference number so They did not refund my $20 dollars back to my account. Do better by your customers. You lost a customer over $20. It was fun while it lasted.

Easily the worst sports betting app out there. I talked to 23 different support staff members with NO help concerning their app AND website crashing.

Absolute garbage. Slow, sluggish, nonresponsive interface. Location services constantly messing up and telling me they're not available in my area, despite the fact that they are. Customer service is a mess of brainless pods who give preprogrammed answers that don't even address the issue. They just frustrate you and hope you'll go away. Wish I could give zero stars.

This app is trash. Came over from FanDuel. This is a nightmare. Could not enjoy the game the app was freezing the entire game. Glitching garbage. Also my stats were showing completed. When it did manage to get in suddenly Amen Thompsons completed points were not completed. This feels very scammy. So disappointing. I will be returning to FanDuel where my beta feel safer and a lot more professional. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

So I hit for $150 on Prizepick tried to withdrawal which wouldn’t allow me too talked to an agent which they made up an claimed I wasn’t following guildlines so they suspended my account to prevent from them paying me I currently use underdog an have zero problems

Purposefully difficult to withdraw money. Never using this app again.
