Don't waste your time, they are a rip off!

As a previous reviewer said, this company is now beyond a joke and should be reported to the Direct Marketing Commission.
The site was recently down for over 2 weeks and when it reappeared we had a half-hearted apology and were credited a measly 100 points, equivalent to £1. My intention was to complete one more survey to enable me to cash out £10's worth of points and then to cancel my membership. I made myself late for work yesterday completing a survey which took far longer than stated - and then got that oh so familiar response: "We're sorry - an error has occurred... Please contact us if the error continues. Thank you for your understanding and patience." Needless to say I have been unable to access the site since.

Just spent over 4 hours completing a survey only to be told in the end that my session has expired and I can no longer log in to my account. Had issues before with disappearing points and still waiting for my PayPal reward that I redeemed a few days ago. Never had issues with any other Irish survey sites. Avoid MySurvey, it's a waste of time.

Im Mai 10 EUR Gutschein von Ikea ausgewählt und nie bekommen. Reklamationen werden nicht bearbeitet. Ein Lügenladen hoch zehn!

ich bekomme ständig Mails ich solle doch mithelfen die Umfragen zu beantworten was ich auch immer mache nur mir werden dann die Punkte nie gutgeschrieben seit Wochen funktioniert das nicht mehr .Schreibt man das Kundencenter an bekommt man keine Nachricht. Um das wieder gut zu machen bekam ich eine Mail sie würden mir darüber hinaus Punkte ,innerhalb 72 Stunden gut schreiben natürlich habe ich die auch nicht erhalten. Inzwischen bin ich sauer und beantworte keine Umfragen mehr solange bis der Laden richtig läuft!

Lately there has been a number of issues - site was down for at least two weeks. Now the points redeem feature is not working. Reported this on 02/07/18 and still waiting for a reply despite chasing this up via email.

I've had a few payouts but over the last month, they have been a disaster. As others have said, you don't get credited for surveys completed. Now the redeem feature doesn't work for the points you have managed to collect.
Two ideas. Firstly report them to the Direct Marketing Commission by email. Secondly, bombard them with phone calls to their UK office on 02078961900 and insist on speaking to a manager. That's if they answer the phone, which is a rarity in itself!
Worth getting any money you're due and then dumping them, I feel?

Selten Loginmöglichkeiten, da Seiten nicht laufen. Fragen werden nicht oder unrichtig beantwortet. Kaum Verständnis für den Kunden. Schuld, dass Umfragen nicht laufen, wird meist dem Kunden zugeschoben. Fragen brechen ab oder laufen nicht.

About two weeks ago the site crashed. Around the same time my google account got hacked by someone in North Korea, this 'might' just be a coincidence, but seemed suspicious to me. I had just completed a FOUR HOUR survey for 1,000 points and had approx 250 points on my account at the time. The site remained 'under maintenance' sending me to this strange message for the next approx 10 days. When the site did come back online, it claimed to not recognise my email address as having an account with them, which is total BS.

I messaged them to try to resolve this, got fobbed off, told it have been dealt with (nothing was resolved), continued to message them about it, continued getting fobbed off. So I caved in and set up a brand new account with them, asking that my points I had earned previously be put on this new account, again heard nothing after 5 days. I did a couple more surveys for approx 75 points each, none of the points appeared on my account.

I gave it another few days then tried to log in, now my account is listed as 'deactivated' - sent them a final message telling them I'd had enough and to send me £15 via paypal as I had approx 1400 points I'd earned and so had earned enough for £10 and nearly enough for £15. I felt they should give me the remaining points as an apology and just send me £15 to my paypal for all the agro - as at this point I've given up with the site and just want the money I had earned.

I honestly am not expecting to ever see this money I earned. I'll update however and will raise the star level by one star IF they have the decency to send me a paypal payment.

This has been a VERY bitter experience for me! As it stands I would suggest you avoid this company at ALL costs as frankly atm is seems like one big SCAM!

As I said in the event they do the honorable thing and pay me the £15 into my paypal then I WILL come back here and raise the rating by ONE star and acknowledge they did the right thing at the end of this review!

Mai adatta, ho provato più volte a partecipare ad un sondaggio ma non risulto mai adatta cosa che non accade così spesso con gli altri panel... non perderò altro tempo.

Non fidatevi di quello che ha scritto Gennaro, io sono iscritta da anni ho riscosso tantissimi premi. Ci vuole tempo per accumulare i punti e tanta pazienza. Ma non è assolutamente una truffa, l'unico pannello truffa dei 14 ai quali sono iscritta è Hiving, quello evitatelo come la peste, ma My Survey è serissimo, propone il sondaggio sul Personal Routine (chiedono i prodotti per l'igene personale utilizzati nel corso di una settimana) è un sondaggio lungo ma danno circa 700 punti. Fidatevi sono iscritta da circa 5 anni

My Survey scheint ja in letzter Zeit viel Leute zu verärgern. Dachte bin die einzige der es so geht. Habe etliche Male übers Help Center geschrieben, keine Reaktion, per Mail auch keine Antwort bekommen. Man bekommt die vollen Punkte, erreicht niemand mehr und seit paar Tagen ist die gesamte Seite angeblich in Wartungsarbeiten. Also was soll denn das bitte???? Die verarschen doch die Leute.

Ce qui est bizarre c'est que j'ai reçu 2 sondages du site par le biais d'une autre adresse.
On aimerait être au courant : il ne me manquait que 50 points pour obtenir un chèque cadeau

je ne reçois plus de sondage et les derniers envois ont été très dispersés, souvent on me refusait l'entrée du sondage sans raison valable. J'ai aussi perdu des points, c'est désolant et nous n'avons eu aucun communiqué, cela est plus que douteux !

Bisher habe ich meine Vergütungen immer erhalten, wenn man sich damit auch im Vergleich zu anderen eher lang Zeit lässt (5-10) Tage. Meine letzte Vergütung hatte ich 5 Tage vorher beantragt und sie kam dann auch diesmal wirklich nach 5 Tagen. Und zwar kam sie an während der Phase seit MySurvey gewartet wird. Bloß, seit es gewartet wird, bekam ich Tage lang keine Umfragen mehr. Heute kam wieder die erste Umfrage und als ich die fertig hatte, landete ich plötzlich auf einem spanischen Text und da stand dann "mysurvey Spain" und ich kam da nicht mehr runter und in meinen MySurvey Account. Als ich dann über google versuchte auf die deutsche Seite von MySurvey zu gehen, kam wieder das seit einer Woche übliche Bild, daß die Seite momentan technische Schwierigkeiten hat, blah blah blah. Ob ich die Punkte für die Umfrage jetzt bekommen habe, weiß ich nicht. Da wir aber ja jetzt mehrere Leute gleichzeitig sind, die das Bild sehen, gehe ich davon aus, die Seite wird WIRKLICH gewartet. Die scheinen wohl ein eneromes Problem zu haben, sonst würde das nicht so lange dauern.

Generell sind in meinen Augen fast alle Umfragepanels sowas wie "teilseriös". D.h. man bekommt seine Vergütung, man bekommt auch das Geld zugeschickt, aber ab und zu fliegt man nach langem Ausfüllen aus den Umfragen raus. So ist es auch bei MySurvey. Wer das bischen Geld nicht dringend bräuchte, würde da sicher nicht die Zeit opfern.

Je réponds aux enquêtes depuis de nombreuses années et tout allait bien. J'ai obtenu un certains nombre de bons cadeaux. Depuis 10 jours impossible de se connecter à son compte, je pense que le site est fermé maintenant ayant déjà rencontré se problème et ayant perdu un certain nombre de points. Dommage

plus d' 1 semaine que le site est en maintenance sans nous prévenir !!! impossible de se connecter, d'obtenir des infos, de leur écrire.... et surtout de se faire payer.... bizarre , bizarre !!! sans compter toutes ses enquêtes qui n'aboutissent jamais et dont on perds les points, mais par contre, nous y passons toutes les minutes annoncées et les infos ont été collectées pendant ce temps (enregistrement automatique au fur et à mesure !!!) , c'est tout simplement honteux... je ne sais plus quoi penser sauf vous dire ! fuyez !!!! cela fait pourtant des années que je suis chez eux et cela allait bien... mais le service se dégrade , c'est vraiment dommage.
