No way to contact them. Very dodgy.
I ordered a dress and realised there wasn't an option for putting a time as to when you receive it. I tried contacting them via email/ their chatbot, but no answer. The dress arrived: No returns form, no information. And I have been/ am being charged. The telephone number doesn't work and they've ignored my Instagram messages (yet they continue to update their feed/ story several times a day). Very dodgy. Do not recommend.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
Steer clear of this dodgy website. I bought a dress on 31st May, they took payment immediately and advised delivery would be by the 2nd June. As of today 25th June it still have not been delivered and my many phone calls and emails have been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs.

Absolutely love this company
Absolutely love this company, I bought a dress for Royal Ascot which (due to no fault
of the company) didn’t arrive and they sent me a fabulous selection of STUNNING dresses to borrow as a replacement. I cannot rate their customer service highly enough, I’m seriously impressed. The clothes are beautiful, I love the sustainable element and they seem like such a lovely team of people who genuinely care about their customers.
