Online webstore has deceptive practices, customer support will openly smile as their superiors empty your wallet in any way they can.

DO NOT PREORDER ANYTHING USING THEIR STORE. It will say "awaiting payment" and give you misleading information saying that you need to reorder. If you do reorder, and it is within 14 days of release, you CAN NOT cancel no matter what, even if it's within 5 seconds of placing the order. Customer service will "kindly" remind you to return the product, meaning you will have to pay for shipping yourself for a DUPLICATE order.

Never use this store. Boycott this outlet at all costs. They are awful scammers that don't care about customers to any extent.

Lost 300$ because of a misclick and misleading business practices. NEVER USE THIS STORE.

Unos inutiles que solo saben hacer pachinkos en japon, ni un maldito juego juego de ellos es recordable, ni uno, todos paga para ganar, con los peores rates del mundo, estadas, estadisticas de drop falsas etc etc etc, hoy en dia pocas empresas han caido tan bajo, son pateticos, la peor empresa de videojuegos del mundo, basura son todos y cada uno los de bandai, todos, no se salva ni uno de lo inutiles que son, todos sus juegos son una ESTAFA Y UN TIMO, HECHOS PARA PAGAR PARA GANAR, CON ENCIMA MILES DE BUGS, Y A PRECIOS DESORBITADOS

online is a programming competition destroying the game.

I am a User of Tekken 8, Bandai's flagship game.
Offline is a great game, a fighting game, which should give its best in the online version and instead....
Just 2 weeks after release, the servers have 95% of users using modified software to win, all under the complacent eyes of Bandai Namaco who exploits the modifications for development purposes, and does nothing to keep the competition healthy inevitably it becomes a programming competition destroying the game.

Give players the option to report cheaters

Yall make good games but don’t give any of the players a way to report people for cheating in your games… for example I had a friend playing with me on Elden ring and we had an invader come in… normal stuff…. But for some strange reason the invader “supposedly” left the world but was still there able to fight me with no problem and my friend couldn’t see him and or hit him at all… no way to report that what so ever…. Armored core… don’t get me started on that game… it’s a good game…. But once again yall don’t have a way for players to report someone for clearly cheating and or hacking the game… but yall want people to keep buying y’all’s products though…. These games was the LAST imma buy from yall… with the way these games are NOW… I can only imagine how the new dragon ball sparking zero gonna be🤣🤣🤣🤣😭💀 because the new Naruto game is TRASH🤣🤣🤣 aw man yall starting to look like Ubisoft seriously and that is not a good thing…. Of course yall seen the new prince of Persia…. Which is TRASH compared to their old game titles🤣🤣🤣🤣😭💀 I’m starting to get to the point of not buying nothing from any gaming studio because y’all are trash now… oh let me shut my mouth about spider man 2 😱😱😱😱

Racist and discriminating company that refuses to help people. Only people who are japanese are allowed to enjoy their products. Call or email for help and they tell you to use pictures for instructions. That the pictures are good enough to be able to put their product together without instructions. Which is a complete lie. If i could i would put zero stars.

Ein rassistisches paytowin unternehmen!!!! Gekaufte Kommentare und likes im App Store, kein europäischer Support, Updates betreffen nur Cash Events und viele falsche Versprechungen. Weiterhin begeht Bandai viele Straftaten, indem sie die scout-Ziehungen manipulieren!!!! Ich hoffe sehr, dass dieses Unternehmen seine rechtlichen Konsequenzen in voller Härte erfährt! 0 Sterne sind schon zu hoch datiert!!!!

From personal experience sounds like laziness not originality (voice acting)

I feel like if you have a game for example like one piece odyssey how is it in only in Japanese audio when the manga the tv show and the movies have all been English dub so how are you “staying with original content” when in the voice acting area to me with so many studios going through the effort to bring an experience everyone can understand while not trying to read a book and play a game at the same time it’s not originality. It’s a laziness at that point that’s all I wanted to get to was simply getting to the point that when you alienate not being able to do a game in anything other than Japanese and that’s all you strictly stick to you’re probably only ever going to get that demographic by because no one wants to read a book and play a game at the same time and not to mention that’s proven to hurt peoples eyes. Why is it so hard to get something that people like the way they would like to have it it’s not that crazy, it’s just you know if it’s funding say it’s funding like hey you know we don’t make enough money to do this then maybe the English people would buy it a few times so that you all will have a budget to be able to make it in English from then on out but you’ve done it with everything else why not do it with this it doesn’t make any sense

Where tf is the good dbz games at how u going to throw out the breakers game an call its dragon ball it's legitimately a worse version of dead by daylight like this is the worse any dragon ball I've played nothing close to the source material the fact that it's so hard to make it like the old games dragon ball budokai 3 or anything of that time frame is sad those are ur best games stick too that formula an you will out sell all of ur last 3 games because all the last 3 games have in common is a dramatic shift in play an not for the better just stay to what works best with the dbz franchise fighting no 3rd person open world off band dead by daylight games nor any rpg 3rd person butt fishing games simply put make a dragon ball z budokai 4

Richtig mieser Support.. [2023021300212]

Mein Dokkan Battle Account wurde offensichtlich gestohlen, nachdem ich mein Handy im Zug verloren hatte..
Der Support weigert sich mir diesen wiederherzustellen, obwohl ich sehr viele Kaufbelege besitze, die mich als Eigentümer zertifizieren!
Einfach nur ein absolutes no go von Seiten der Entwickler!
Alles investierte Geld und Zeit einfach weg. Danke für nichts!
Nie mehr wieder Dokkan Battle und auch nie mehr wieder Bandai Namco.
Ein zahlender Kunde weniger in diesem Leben.

Die Antwort vom Entwickler unten nach unzähligen Mails, wo ich etliche Kaufbelege, ein Foto von meinem Personalausweis samt meiner Unterschrift und die hinterlegte Mail Adresse von meinem ehmaligen Dokkan Battle Account, sowie Fotos von meinem Account geschickt habe!
Ich rate jedem, kein Geld in diese Firma bzw. dieses Spiel zu investieren, da wie man sieht nichts gesichert ist!!

Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihr Dokkan Battle Account geklaut wurde. Aber wie wir Ihnen schon mitgeteilt haben, sind wir zwar in der Lage, die Kontodaten zu untersuchen, können wir aber nicht bestätigen [wer diese App betreibt].

Da Sie Ihr Handy verloren haben, können wir die Möglichkeit nicht ausschließen, dass eine andere Person Zugang zu Informationen hat, die nur dem Kontoinhaber bekannt sein sollten.

Aufgrund dieser Situation können wir die derzeitige Kontonutzung nur als normal und legitim betrachten und haben keine andere Wahl, als den Status so beizubehalten, wie dieser ist.

I placed an order with the Bandai namco…

I placed an order with the Bandai namco webstore yesterday. Upon checking for an update today, I found out that the website says my order is still “awaiting payment”. This is untrue, as I was charged for the order and the charges show in my bank account. I contacted Bandai namco customer support and asked what is going on, and they told me that I wasn’t actually charged for the order yet, but that it was a pre authorization to prevent fraud, and that I would be refunded once the order shipped. This makes no sense because I paid the exact amount of the cost of the order, there is nothing to refund, and the best part is, they said it will take up to 7 days for this to happen! There is no mention of this on their website. Typically, if I pay for something and the charges are taken from my bank account, I am entitled to receive the item that I’ve purchased. Bandai namco doesn’t believe in this method. They want to hold up your money and make you wait before they do anything with your order. This whole process seems like a scam to me, and I will never be purchasing anything from this website again. Beware

Terrible Online Shop with Terrible Customer Service
Absolutely horrible experience with this company and their website. From their misadvertised Tales of Vesperia Collectors Edition for Switch that came with a useless disc metal case to their awful store launch for the Elden Ring Collectors Edition and their terrible migration to the new site.

The latest is why I wont use their store front though. I bought the Elden Ring Vinyl boxset with came with 8 records. 2 of the records were missing and a duplicate of 2 we're inside instead. This was a widely spread issue and yet Bandai Namcos answer to all of this was to offer 50% refunds and let us keep a jank set rather then find a way to properly provide us the missing records even if the customer was willing to wait for a resolution. I instead opted for a full refund and to ship the item back. Its been almost 2 weeks and I still have no received even a return label to ship this back nor do I feel like the customer service cares considering its a carousel of reps youll get tossed to half of which don't know whats going on with the situation. Terrible handling and I will not waste another dollar to their online store no matter if they are offering exclusives. One of the most disappointing experiences I've had in both video game and vinyl collecting.

Absolutely the worst shopping experience of my life

Wow, where to even begin with this Elden Ring Vinyl set. Preordered 9 months ago and have had my login info not work multiple times, having to change all info with no explanation. Then was told my card wasn't saved for the preorder which is impossible to even do on this site. Then was told it was canceled even though an email explained I had 48 hours to update payment. All attempts were met with an error code. Then they told me to go back on the wait list and received an email stating the item was back in stock and to act fast. When I did it said the item wasn't available however my card was charged 3 times, over $1000! No attempt to rectify it, no explanation as to what is going on. Just absolutely the most inept company. Completely indescribably horrid! Love the games but this is wildly unacceptable!

I would also give zero stars if I could. Same issue with the whole Elden Ring Vinyl Collection and receiving an email stating my credit card was not on file to process the order (even though they required this as part of the preorder process). I tried multiple times to call, no one answers. Leave a voice mail per the prompt, no one replies. Password I set on this account does not work, and the password reset option does not send the new link to your email address. They set people up with an impossible situation, then they cancel your order. This is a limited edition and is no longer available (bet that waitlist will be waiting forever…and ever). These are already being scalped online, so now I have nothing but 6 months of wasted time thinking I was guaranteed a copy. Now I have to find another gift for my friend. Thanks for nothing Bandai Namco. Your reputation is well deserved.
