Bluebell was very helpful when I was changing employees

The person was helpful and cheerful.

Nannytax are simply excellent at what they do. The staff are responsive and helpful which is fantastic. More than that though as a time and knowledge poor user they simply take problems away, even though i don’t really understand the problems, and rather than tell me what to do they actually just fix them. They seem to see going above and beyond as the norm and Raymond in particular has been amazing, i could recommend highly enough.

Straightforward and intuitive website. Clear in terms of cover provided and quick to renew.

I gave nanny tax 5 stars because whenever I phone whoever I speak to are always kind and helpful. I spoke with Bluebell this afternoon and she instantly dealt with a couple of queries that I had. Bluebell has an extremely friendly manner when answering the phone which helps with her being the first point of contact. A huge thank you for all your help this afternoon.

My father and I have used Nanny Tax for nearly 10 years now, to assist with tax, pensions, etc., for a live in carer for himself.

Edit: I got a swift resolution to the situation described below after escalating the complaint, and a promise to address the shortcomings in support, so I've amended the star rating upwards.

Nannytax ignored a number of requests and queries about adjustments to my nanny's hours. When I sent a complaint, they opted not to apologise but instead quietly updated an already-issued payslip and attempted to blame me for the adjustments being missing. They apparently overlooked the fact that the initial query and the updated payslip were clearly dated so it was obvious the latter had been changed.

Very good value. Nannytax is really reliable. If you send a query, an expert helps you very quickly. This was really helpful for us!

When I had a problem with the P45 and it had a different name on it. It was only a matter of time and a way was immediately put in my name and all the payslip as well.
