Collected on time and delivered on time , faultless service

I had a lady called Sheila helping me out and she was very helpful.

very poor said it would be collected on the friday and wasn’t and then attempted collection on the monday without any notice and then said they couldn’t as there was no paperwork with it when the paper work was stuck to it on the friday when it was due for collection. and they havnt refunded my money as promised. avoid like the plague

I got an estimate with precise dimensions. After the order was already picked up (note without any changes in size) I was told the item was too large and that I had to pay a fee (double) to get it delivered. Further, the item which was planks of wood, were damaged by a forklift used at the depot. Also despite paying additional fee for expedited pick up, the item was picked up five days late.

Complete scam. Time after time.

Claim attempted collections and bill extra charges despite not even trying to collect.

We went as far as supplying CCTV footage to show that no collection was attempted despite goods are ready. Company just blackmails us for further charges or won’t collect and won’t refund.

After failing to collect on agreed day, nothing second and cancelled my collection on the 3rd. You cant speak to a real person, just sn AI bot. I will never deal with again . I nearly lost a 4k order because of this shower of idiots . Just remember that, once they have your money, you will not be able to contact them and get answers.

Good customer service from Shiella R. Solved the issue fast.

Website was easy to use, received a VAT Invoice via e-mail, then had to cancel the booking and was able to complete this the day before the collection by chat with Shiella R, the refund will be returned within 3-5 days. On time and very polite and helpful

When I booked the pallet it indicated that delivery would be in two days but it took over 6 days
The tracking number didn't work, you can't talk to anyone and the 5 chat room talk gave wrong information or no information on the whereabouts of my pallet, the complaints email is not answered, so a very bad experience all round and although they did give a refund of £20 it did not compensate for the hassle and work time lost. Would use another company next time even it it costs more

Delivery was late by almost a whole week.. communication was poor, I had chase multiple times and they didn't take any responsibility
