From the start of my nail journey and becoming a nail technician navy have always gone above and beyond to help. Also without there products I wouldn’t be where am I am today. Navy are the best 💙

I purchased the Helen cuticle nippers last year. I sent them off on Friday to be sharpened and paid £9.99 online.
I received a call on Monday to say they was unrepairable and requested for the £9.99 I paid to be refunded.
I was heartbroken as I used these nippers for every set of nails and fell in love with my navy collection.
With Christmas being just a few weeks ago I wasn’t in a financial position to replace them just now.

This morning I opened my door to a delivery. A brand new set of Helen cuticle nippers and a lovely card inside to say sorry my nippers were unrepairable and enjoy my new pair as a gesture of goodwill. I couldn’t believe my luck.
After having a bad morning this certainly made my day/week.

Right from my first order back in 2019, the products have been a game changer for my manicures and my clients can tell the difference of me using high quality, hand made tools. What started with a Doris has made me want to purchase almost all of the tools because I know they will be amazing as well as all the hygiene and aftercare products for my clients.

I love my Navy Pro tools.. I have the whole lash tweezer range and they have been an absolute game changer, in the quality of my work and also after long days of lashing I have no cramps in my wrists/ fingers! I’d never use anything else. They have whole range of tweezers specialising in different aspects of the lashing which means you are easily able to tailor your sets, and use different isolation methods.

I have also invested in the manicure range - absolute beautiful prep work every time!!

I love everything about the brand, what they stand for, how they are changing the industry for the best, highlighting the importance of hygiene and standards. Invest in the best for your business, if you have to wait a little while for your tools trust me it’s absolutely worth it. ❤️✨

I came across Navy Professional as I just stepped into the industry and wow what a game changer! I don’t know how i could ever go back to my old chunky stainless steel tools.

I now use all Navy’s tools for Manicures, Lashes and Brows. I literally couldn’t be without them. It’s also amazing to hear when speaking to others in the industry how much Navy has also changed their work for the better and made everything so effortless.

My clients love that I stock Navy’s cuticle balms, hand balms, lash serums etc… they literally fly off the shelves! Totally worth getting and adding into your clients aftercare advice.

Simply the best in the business I wouldn’t use anything else for my clients. From their sleek gold tools to their knowledge and advice on best practices that seem to have been forgotten about over the years Navy’s ethos is bang on.

I do brows and lashes (LVL) my favourite tools are the Mavis multi-tool for waxing and the Hettie point tweezers that are perfect at reaching the smallest of hairs.

I am so extremely pleased with every purchase I have made from Navy Professional! I have all of the lash tools and even after long 12 hour days of applying lash extensions I now no longer get cramp in my hands and wrists, they are so lightweight and are always a talking point with clients due to their gorgeous gold colour! I love to display mine on the Navy wooden wall plaque. I have used my navy tools for two years and have not needed to have them sharpened yet however I am contemplating getting a second set of all my favourite tools as I could never use another tweezer brand now!
Navy’s hygiene system has made cleaning tools much more time efficient and I can rest assured that my tools are built for professional use and they are sanitised properly for each client.

As well as the lash tools, I also have brow and nail tools and have recently even bought my fiancé his own pair of Hettie brow tweezers after he was always pinching mine!!

Navy has the best customer service team, everybody is always extremely friendly and accommodating, I chose to order from Navy as it is a family run UK business and I love that all the tools are manufactured in the UK, they give back and support their own local businesses in Yorkshire and each tool is named after someone special in founder Rebecca’s life. It’s all the little personal details that make you feel a part of the Navy family too.

Definitely worth the wait! Game changer for my prep…. I’m addicted now.

In response to Navy's response to my previous review....Navy were not very helpful with the stockist who did get in touch with you directly but you simply washed your hands of the situation with the customer and the stockist being just another £ symbol to Navy.

Again....I do not rate Navy's customer service or cuticle balm

I purchased a cuticle pusher and nippers from navy pro over 13 weeks ago and I am still waiting for one of the items.
To wait over a quarter of a year is just ridiculous, if you are in a hurry for these tools I wouldn’t bother.
I personally won’t be ordering any of the other tools I wanted because of this reason.
I thought it was a 4 week wait (which is long enough)
I waited 7 weeks for the cuticle pusher and got a Yorkshire tea bag as compensation. 🥴
I will say the tools are nice and good quality so didnt mind paying the premium prices but the ridiculous wait times really let the company down.
When I contacted the company asking about where my order is I got the same response about they are hand finished by professionals, take off bank holidays, they shut for xmas etc etc, it was still late despite all of that.
Navy pro is clearly just a distributor and I’m not sure why they are not buying the products in advance so they have in stock for customers.
If you order from this company allow an extra 4 weeks for delivery.

Beautiful tools but the hygiene kit is very disappointing.
Step 2 dries out very quickly and in my opinion is not worth the price tag. Unfortunately I would not recommend it.

agree with previous review seems lovely company but one item (advertised as shipped in 2-5 working days) still hasn't arrived 1 month later. other item good quality but not worth the expense in my opinion.

Whilst the company’s branding and packaging when they send the items your order out is lovely and the products (when received) are great. Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my order nearly 6 months on. If orders can’t be fulfilled I think that they shouldn’t be taken. I’ve had no personal email explaining the whereabouts of my order just generic ones. When your spending so much money I think I little better communication. I’d be very surprised if there’s any gesture of a complimentary gift for the ridiculous wait too! All of which you would kind of expect from a company of this calibre. Maybe more time spent on customer service and not so much on social media?
