The branch I use has the most amazing staff ! They are always happy to chat and help and are very holistic. I’ve gone over to Neal’s Yard for all my skin and body care since being ill and trying to get back on track with natural products.

Great customer service
I don’t usually write reviews but Neal’s Yard Customer Service absolutely exceeded my expectations. Upon receiving a delivery where one of the items had leaked into the box, I contacted NY customer service and they replied promptly the next day and sent me a full replacement without hesitation or question. The quality of the customer service is as high as the quality of their products. I will happily keep buying lovely products from NY with confidence that they truly value loyal customers and go above and beyond to put things right.

Must admit I purchased Neal’s Yard products in the first instance because of the ethical/sustainable approach to business. Still do so but am now hooked on the wonderful Frankincense products, especially for older skin. Has made a huge difference to my complexion.
