Love your product but the order took 14 days to arrive. The items that I had ordered were gifts and time sensitive. I could see that these had been shipped very quickly but EVRI kept cancelling the scheduled delivery times. Sadly I will not be reordering while you still use this delivery company. Shame as your product is wonderful but the delivery company has let you down

Great staff…
All three of the staff made me feel very welcome. Jessie explained what the treatment would involve, she had a very calm personality. I really liked the treatment and it relaxed me which was what I was looking for. When I asked about various products to use, Jessie compiled a Personal Skincare Programme form, she discussed some that she had just used in the facial and some further options to try.
She took me to the two salespeople in the shop and we talked in detail about skincare: age and hormones; skin sensitivity; sun protection; applying products. They were both helpful and knowledgeable and I found what I wanted to try out at home.

Smells nice
I love Nealds Yard, but unfortunately the rising costs make it more difficult to afford to buy as I used to, I have also found products are not quite the same
too many mixing I much preferred the frankincense products as before there is no need to change quality and I don’t think the changes have made better product!

I have been buying Neal's Yard products…
I have been buying Neal's Yard products for many years - I think for about 25-30years. I feel that is testament of how good it is. I also recommend it to lots of people, especially the Arnica Salve and Soothing Oil, which used to be called Soothing Skin Oil.
