Nemesis Now are based in Stoke on Trent and therefore make it easy for us to visit as we are in Lincolnshire. We look forward to shopping with them. They have an extensive portfolio of products, which can be reached both via the showroom and online. Overpriced, shady business practices
Items are highly overpriced with very little profit margin. I received half my order damaged or internal boxes damaged, for items like GOT customers want the box flawless for collectibility. Regardless of what NN may day is in their policy, I specifically asked and was told by NN that my specific order did not incur customs or import fees, however I was hit with those fees which further cut into any profit, they claim they will make you aware of these charges but how can they? When the charges are made while in transit? When questioned they point to their policy, well that makes NN now lairs because I asked after my order was processed and they informed me that no additional fees were added. NN also allows many items including GOT to be undercut and sold way under profit margin for price wars. There are also many fake sellers and NN is aware however in my 7 month experience has done nothing, leaving me with many items I cannot sell because they can be found for sale at or below cost and the customer is unaware of it being a fake until received leaving the brand tarnished. NN also has numerous brands for sale on their site that you cannot purchase if you are a US buyer, this was not disclosed until after I went through the process to open an account. Very disappointing company and practices.

We are extremely sorry to hear that you feel that our service has been poor and so would love to take the time to address some of these issues.
Building on from previous feedback that we received from our US Customers, last year we introduced a new lower pricing structure. This was to make up for the extra charges which you unfortunately face for shipping and customs charges. We are constantly striving to ensure our US customers feel valued and so your feedback is extremely important to us.
We always try to ensure that items arrive to our customers in perfect condition and would never knowingly send out items that were damaged or faulty. However once the packages leave our warehouse and are handed over to the courier, some things are out of our control. Therefore, if you receive damaged items we suggest that you make us aware as soon as possible so that we can investigate this with our couriers and have the issue resolved for you. If you send an email over to sales@nemesisnow.com our customer services team would be happy to investigate your damages and arrive at a satisfactory solution.
With regards to your worries about ‘fake sellers’, we are aware of the counterfeit products which have been derived from our popular ranges and have a dedicated team who work tirelessly to ensure that these ‘fake sellers’ cease trading. Unfortunately this is not an easy process and takes a lot of time to investigate and action. Sometimes the results cannot be seen straight away however please know that our business is active in the fight against these sellers.
Every customer is provided with the RRP of our items and has the ability to check this on our website, however we cannot strictly enforce this due to the legislation regarding ‘price-fixing’. In general the legal principle is that a supplier can recommend the price at which its distributors may sell products but the distributors must be free to set their own prices.
Within our Terms and Conditions Section 7: Delivery and Charges (https://www.nemesisnow.com/terms-and-conditions/) we state that ‘When dispatching goods outside the UK, we deliver goods as standard on a DAP (“Delivered at Place”) basis, unless agreed in writing by both parties. We are therefore not responsible for any customs charges.’ This therefore means that Nemesis Now does not accept responsibility for customs charges and so we apologise if you believed differently. You would’ve also been made aware of the customs charges when being prompted via email for payment of your order. Within the email it states ‘Please Note: Customs Clearance, duty and taxes unless otherwise stated are NOT included in this price and must be arranged by yourself if necessary.’

Although some items are pricey, their customer care is second to none. I am very impressed with their attitude and approach, in this day and age, it is a breath of fresh air to find a company that values all of its customers, many companies could take a leaf out of their book.
