I have bought furniture, paint, candles and crockery I just can’t resist this shop! Everything is amazing quality and looks incredible. The staff in Canterbury shop are the best and most helpful. Just a big solid five stars from me

More than a shop!
Very happy to work with Neptune!
Our client as well as our team, is very happy with the quality and furniture designs of Neptune.
Neptune Canterbury was indeed very helpful. The ladies there are always so kind and happy to help.
We have designed the tiniest and cutest kitchen and they painted it in French Gray, the overall outcome was stunning.
Moreover, we have purchased a Tv unit, a table, couple of chairs and a bathroom vanity unit. All the pieces was beautifully made in our choices of fabrics and finishes.
Neptune for us, is more than a furniture shop, is a whole concept, a beautiful experience and we are very happy to visit the store while exploring their new designs or sometimes, just to attend to their exciting events.

A ‘Must-do’ mood board evening!
I cannot recommend Neptune Canterbury’s ‘create a mood-board’ master-class highly enough! Sarah and Maeve (the two designers) were warm and welcoming and the feel of the evening was very relaxed. We were welcomed with refreshments and nibbles which were also on offer throughout the evening courtesy of Neptune Canterbury’s lovely manager, Amanda. After an outline of the evening we were invited to help ourselves to swatches and samples from the design library (think ‘kid in a sweet shop’ here) and arrange our mood-boards for the rooms we had in mind. Both Maeve and Sarah were very encouraging and on hand to help if you got a bit stuck with your design ideas. The evening certainly helped me to focus in on what I really want in room design and also helped me feel confident in choosing bolder colours and styles than I normally would. A thoroughly lovely way to spend an evening which was rounded off with a gorgeous goodie-bag with some Neptune treats! I’m already looking forward to the next event! Jude M

I popped in today just to look for a table lamp , I normally go with my partner as she loves there products but perhaps i wasnt dressed for it had been to the gym so tracksuit on , i walked around the store twice and not a single good morning or can i help you !! yes i hate to much fuss from shop assistants but when there are three staff around the front till and just chatting together with no apparent ackledgment of customers in the store .I think a bit of customer service trainning wouldnt go a miss !

Wonderful Service
I ordered cabinet door knobs for our dresser to match our kitchen. The service was helpful, polite as ever and I was kept informed about delivery. When I visit Neptune the experience is always of the same high standard, the customer is listened to, and made to feel important and cared about. The workshops are fun and informative. Neptune has become the go-to shop for interior ideas and their beautiful products compliment our home renovation..

We were very impressed
We were very impressed by the customer service. Also the prompt and efficient arrangements for delivery which included the unpacking, and removal of packaging materials. We ordered 2 kitchen stools and they are perfect. Very happy with the quality and detail.

Bought a beautiful sofa and two seat , but!
Bought a beautiful sofa and two seats for the terrace .
To be fair!Eventually, they replaced all items we were unhappy with, without any fuss. I would happily use them again.
We are taking the white cushion covers off for the winter wash. The cushions inside are simply falling apart completely! They are full of an industrial fibre wool material and the covers are made from some kind if plastic paper material that is simply disintegrating as it’s touched! Now we have to make five new internal covers .what a shabby product!
Subsequently, the manager of the Canterbury branch told me that they would replace all the internal cushions in the Spring, when the delivery arrives. I asked for written confirmation which was not forthcoming. Let’s see if that happens.

I really do love the products you sell… however....
I really do love the products you sell and I have spent thousands with you over the past few years, I am sure many other customers spend more and are extremely loyal, and actually I possibly would not of said anything, I am one of those customers that goes and never comes back, after a bad experience. I don't normally make a song and dance about it. I really do not, However, your email has come in, whilst I sit watching TV and with not much on, so I have engaged, I guess that's great marketing. I am so disappointed with the customer experience I get at Canterbury, I find the team quite rude and dismissive of me, its not an approach of we will leave you alone, it really is quite rude and I almost found it abrupt. I sadly will not be returning.

Lovely paint colours but would not use…
Lovely paint colours but would not use again as never enough in stock and need 4 days notice to get anymore. This can be a problem when you have a decorator booked and you run out or need more for any reason.

Hi Susie - we're so pleased you love our colours so much! I'm sorry we didn't have the volume of paint you needed - we do have 2.5L tins of our colours readily available in our paint library but sometimes we do need to order in bigger volumes (such as multiples of our 5L tins), as with over 28 shades storage space can become a bit limited. We always do our absolute best to get our customers whatever they need as quickly as possible, so I am sorry if this caused you a delay this time. I really hope you'll enjoy the shades you've chosen for a long time to come. - Sarah
Quality and beautifully elegant.
We love Neptune and have purchased numerous items from them including more recently a whole kitchen. Some items can seem a little pricey but I have found the quality makes up for it. Our kitchen designer was Lily who was always on hand to answer any of our questions and was so patient and supportive throughout. We love browsing the Canterbury showroom for ideas and was there only yesterday buying some accessories!
