All good quality and price

The wardrobe received was excellent and well put together by the team. Main area of concern was that an unwanted bed and headboard were delivered twice resulting in some confusion in the the refund process.
All sorted now but time consuming.

I had to write this review because of the excellent and kind customer service I received from Reading Neptune. Laura and her team went completely out of their way to help me and I couldn’t be happier with my garden furniture. I wish all shopping experiences were as brilliant. You won’t go wrong if you use this store. Thank you again Laura you are a star !!!

We wish to bring to your attention the excellent customer service we received from your staff.

Over the last 13 years we have enjoyed visiting both your store on the Bath Road and the Chesham branch to purchase items for our home or paint from your fab range Our daughter is also a fan of Neptune she has a cottage in the Chesham area, and loves the Chesham showroom ( always a lovely experience)

The customer service in both branches is always exceptional and on Tuesday 27th June when we we visited your Bath Road store for some advice, your staff certainly did not disappoint .

We were greeted by three lovely welcoming ladies. Taylor took the lead and asked if we needed any assistance, she was most helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she is very knowledge of your product and really went the extra mile to make our visit enjoyable. Whilst we browsed she made us a cup of most welcome coffee 😃 what service !!!!!

When you read in the media that good customer service is dead, they obviously have not visited a Neptune Store where great service is in abundance.

We understand that you were on annual leave. It must be very comforting that in your absence the store is in very capable hands. You have great asset in your staffing

Staff within the showroom couldn't have been more helpful and once ordered, delivery was within 10 days.
The two delivery drivers were polite, super quick in putting the furniture together and took away packaging.

Careful handling of table and very professional deliverymen

The lady in the shop made us feel very welcome and valuable as a customer

The reading showroom is gorgeous. Located in an old timber frame property on the A4 just outside reading heading towards Maidenhead. Plenty of parking. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable.The layout is so well designed it’s great for inspiration. Also plenty of lovely items that can be bought off the shelf. It’s worth a visit.

Had a quick phone call an hour and a half before the shop was meant to shut. I was enquiring about your curtain and by the time I got to the shop I was able to see the display and pay for the fabric I wanted. Customer service was attentive and effective.

Lovely quality table delivered really quickly, matches my Neptune chairs perfectly. Neptune on the Bath Road at Hare Hatch are very helpful and have a great range.

Easy ordering and swift delivery. Delivery guys were very considerate and helpful. Good quality chairs.

The expensive furniture looks good but the paint needed touching up by the delivery men. I couldn't order on line, and nor could the store. When I asked for a VAT receipt they sent me their internal receipt which showed me that they paid £800 less than I did for the items

Made to feel so welcome, but then left alone to wander around this lovely store.
We did seek help when needed, which we got and we also had a lovely hot coffee as well. We made our purchase. A lovely experience from beginning to end at Reading.

Neptune have been absolutely brilliant.. David and Emma were both extremely helpful and have given us the kitchen we wanted. They are highly professional, great attention to detail and nothing was too much trouble. All in all an entirely pleasurable experience topped off by a superb kitchen fitter in Glen.

Helpful staff, beautiful inspirational store and a French pop up market!
