Looking for a few copies of an American publication my daughter's in with her motorbike for keeping memories and for family, and I came across these guys. Postage calculator from the states direct was huge at $60 for 3 copies, so going through these guys merely made it cost plus a reasonable postage price of just less than £28. I recently ordered the rolling stone lana del rey magazine. It has been 3 weeks and has still not arrived i have emailed and still no response. I was told it was dispatched 3 weeks ago and i can understand with the royal mail strikes it may take a while but its not like i can even track the order and there is no excuse for an order to have to take 3 weeks and still no delivery. I am appalled and highly recommend you go to WHSMITH instead. !

This company is fraudulent. Took my money back in February and only told me today that the magazine is unavailable. They would have known this well I advance when placing their bulk order but kept my money… then told me I could pay more for a different magazine. Absolute joke. Avoid this company, avoid disappointment. Who runs a company like this in 2023? Definitely a scam.

I ordered issue 12 of take a break last Thursday expecting to get it the day or 2 later. A week later still no magazine. I had covid and couldn’t get to the shop. I said to the lady I spoke to I’d buy my magazine as new one is out Thursday. No offer of a refund either extremely disappointed

Ordered a magazine to germany. Came in 2 weeks after, perfectly fine with me, considering brexit. Just wish the site Was a bit better managed its a bit of a mess sorry hahaha

I ordered an issue of the current Vogue France magazine and it came so quick and in perfect condition. Also, it was a really good price. Definitely will use this company again :)

Hello on the 12 of Jan I ordered analog and Asimov's. I decided to give you until the next Thursday, they never came. I called newsstand service and the lady was helpful, giving custermer service no, I know it must be the post office but my mags still haven't arrived. This is the second time it's happend. I'm from the middle east. I placed my first order on October 13. It was dispatched on the same day. However, today is December 2nd and I have neither received my parcel nor an update.

So I emailed customer for a refund and got my money back in 1 day :)

They have been nothing but helpful. They reply to my questions in a timely manner and have offered solutions. They have a great selection of magazines that I can not find in the US and just an overall good company!!!!

the customer service representatives that i have been in contact with have been so incredibly kind and timely in their responses! especially with how chaotic their job can get when harry styles is on the cover of a magazine they are doing an incredible job!
