Excellent service. Had a subscription for a couple of years now, always prompt service. For example, I made a mistake when renewing my subscription. I immediately emailed Newsstand and within minutes they emailed me back having rectified my mistake. Thank you Jonathon!

Unable to obtain a specialist magazine locally, I looked online and discovered Newsstand! Never having used a company like this before I was a little apprehensive, but need not have been! The magazine was ordered late on Friday 21August and arrived here on Tuesday 25 August a brilliant service! I couldn’t recommend Newsstand highly enough and will certainly use them again! Terrific service. I had an issue where I wanted to change the address on an order. I contacted Newstand Customer Service and they said straight away they could change the address. Then, I had an issue when I accidentally ordered a second copy of a particular magazine. When I contacted Customer Service they immediately cancelled the duplication and offered either a refund or credit on my account.

This is a fine example of how customer service should be in the 21st century. I will continue to use this brilliant service to order my music mags and would highly recommend Newsstand to everyone.

Also it should be noted that even in the current crisis, Newsstand still delivers really quickly.

I usually have to travel to the capital to buy magazines unavailable in my home town, and while I am shocked I can not order back copies domestically, I am very pleased I can do so with Newsstand. Courteous and informative along the way, I can now sit back and enjoy my New Yorker in peace, thanks to Newsstand!

Having been a user of Newsstand since 2018, I have never encountered any such issues with them until a couple of months ago when a magazine that I had ordered in May, 2020 had by July, 2020, failed to materialise through the post.

I contacted the customer service team of Newsstand on July 23 and was pleasantly surprised to receive a response on the same day. The service team were incredibly kind, courteous and professional and agreed to send the same issue again through the post which I received the next day.

I would (and have) heartily recommend newsstand as a trusted site to anyone that I know of who are looking for magazine issues that are in mint condition, regardless of their age.

Am a new subscriber so far. Mail from UK to my location in Canada was (understandably) slow under the circumstances but am happy with the product I received.

When there are problems, you address them almost immediately. Customer Service people are pleasant and polite. They deal with any issues and make the customer feel that their business is appreciated.

Have been using Newsstand for several years, and find it difficult to fault their service. They will prompt when the subscription on a magazine is nearing it's end, and offer a flexible renewable system. During the Lockdown, a magazine for our Granddaughter stopped publication. We contacted Newsstand when it failed to arrive, and they checked and confirmed what had happened. We supplied them with details of an alternative, and were delighted when we heard that the new magazine had arrived 2 days later. Who can ask for more. Highly recommended.

During lockdown Newsstand was a saving grace, excellent service. I appreciate that I can choose how many issues I want (to fit my budget) and not locked in to a long expensive automatically renewed contract. Web site very easy to use but if you do wish to speak to someone it is easy and they are very pleasant. I did have a few late deliveries but that was down to Covid and the Royal Mail (only 2 deliveries a week, they were very busy) not Newsstands fault. I was only going to use Newsstand during lockdown but it has been such a good experience I think I will continue with them.
