I would strongly recommend reading the full terms and conditions very carefully before using this service.

My experience has been very disappointing. What appeared to be a low-cost will-writing service later resulted in a dispute over archive / retrieval / cancellation-related charges.

In my case, when I queried dealing with the will, a £15 postal charge was specifically mentioned in correspondence. However, I do not believe the larger charge later pursued was clearly highlighted to me at the relevant decision-making point.

I disputed the invoice and asked questions about the basis of the charge, the status of the will, what action had actually been taken, and why the larger charge had not been clearly flagged in the same way as the £15 postal charge. I did not feel those concerns were properly addressed. Instead, I was threatened with County Court proceedings if payment was not made.

I have paid the invoice under protest to avoid the time, stress and escalation of court proceedings, but I do not accept that the charge was fairly or clearly communicated when it mattered.

I am also raising the matter through appropriate consumer advice channels because I believe consumers should be clearly warned about any storage, retrieval, cancellation or executor-related charges before committing to this type of service.

Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. I would use a regulated solicitor for a will instead.

Everything was easy to understand.Even when I call them, they were so much help.

If I could give this company a 0, I would! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolute set of scammers! They will take every penny you have.
Losing a loved one is a terrible experience as it is, then having to deal with these robbers taking everything your loved one left is just disgusting.

Beware of this company, by signing you are making them executors of the will and they will charge through the nose at the other end!!
