Stay far away, this company is a complete scam!
Not only do they charge 4% plus crazy fees for handling your estate, but their cancellation charges are also ridiculous. I asked to cancel and was told by their support that there were 0 fees due. I later received an invoice for hundreds of pounds just for simple shredding of a will, despite being clearly told there were no charges by a representative, they have hidden charges in terms and conditions. They then threaten legal action immediately after issuing an invoice. Extremely unprofessional and just looking to scam you out of your money, stay away!

These people are sharks. Read the small print they will take 4% of your estate when you die, if you cancel the service you will be invoiced unreasonable amounts for shredding a piece of paper. BEWARE!

I cancelled my will recently with this company and as was made clear from the start there were fees due for cancellation.
However due to the financial situation I was in I contacted Steven who made a very reasonable offer to me.
Communication was excellent and I was treated very politely and with consideration. In my experience I cannot fault them.

Disgusting - please don’t make the same mistake my family did and make sure you pay for a proper will, this company have no shame and are very sneaky - not what you need whilst grieving. Sick company, avoid at all costs.

What a big disappointment. They managed to make something that should have been quick and simple into something that took at year and 20k to deal with. Avoid at all costs!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t rush in and make the same mistake I made! I wish I had never heard of this company!! now I feel like I’m trapped by their terms and conditions. SAVE YOURSELF!

The smoothness of the salesman and the polish of the website are only matched by the greed and immoraility of the people behind this organisation. I don’t know how they sleep at night preying on often old and confused people to trick them into giving up a substantial part of their savings. They only consolation is that most of the harm happens after they have passed so won’t even know. How sad.

Beware! This seems to be a modern day get rich quick scheme where they suck people in with low up-front charges and dubious self managed reviews. Then when you are committed, the ‘storage’ fees, and ‘access’ fees (for an electronic document!) start, but this is just the beginning. When it comes to enacting the will itself, is when it really starts. Self appointing themselves as executors (yes check the small print of the will) and charging a flat rate (which at 4% is steep) regardless if the estate is simple, then outsourcing the actual work to an expensive solicitor (@ £400/hr) and adding 25% to any fees they settle. You’ll be lucky if there is anything left afterwards. Avoid!

If you take a will with nineminutewill they force you to appoint them as executors. And then they can charge a hefty fee after you are dead and gone. Disgusting! Use a proper solicitor and pay a reasonable fee, not these people and pay many thousands.

Don’t make a costly mistake. I wish I had read their contract before signing up. Their fees are outrageous even before they self appoint themselves as executors and take even more.

CAUTION! This company is a disgrace! They charge effectively nothing up front and hide a mountain of surcharges and dubious fees hidden in the T&Cs. They took almost half of my mothers modest 40k estate. Shocking.

What a bunch of scammers. Don't make the mistake we made, and steer well clear.

This is a scam. Signing up for this will result in them being appointed executors of the estate, and they will charge 4% of the entire estate in fees. They're hoping that people will sign up for it because of the low cost, without checking the small print so they can take the money. Unfortunately, this happened in my Dad's case - please don't do the same.

Very helpful company, easy to use and amendments are free. The customer service has been very good even through lockdown. Would definitely recommend
