I was a bit scared to order out of noa and nani as i hadnt heard of them b4 and reading the odd netative review on social media but I honestly cant fault them infact they went above and beyond for me as in keeping me up to date with my order which was a treehouse bunkbed n always replying to my emails within an hr sometimes straight away also they emailed me 1st to say they were keeping an eye on my delivery n noticed it was stuck with delivery man which i didnt even know but i got it next day it was still early as i wasnt expecting it to the following week wud diffo buy from here again and cant wait to see my kids face when the bed goes up ,brilliant company n great comsumer service which is hard to get these days fab beds n more n lovely ppl which are always willing to help and u can actually get threw to them to speak to someone 10/10

I bought a single bed from Noa&Nani. It was delivered quickly, well wrapped, and as described. It was easy to assemble and is well-constructed and sturdy.
The follow-up communications from the company were excellent. Highly recommended.

I brought an outside garden set, after 1 summer the film peeled off the glass. I reported the issue to customer service and because it had been exposed to the weather and not stored indoors at all times there was nothing they could do despite it being garden furniture. I had stored the item all winter inside but in the summer months of course it was outside

I can’t fault Nőa and Nani, I had honestly never heard of this company before but the bunk beds I got are very sturdy & I will be buying them for my house as these ones are for Nana’s house.

Great quality product and customer service is excellent

Great quality product ordered - fits the room and space lovely. The cabinet has helped tidy our daughter’s room as intended. Delivery was fast with tracking provided.

The console table I ordered arrived damaged, so I requested a full refund and for the item to be collected. Unfortunately, the customer service has been extremely poor. A collection was arranged, but nobody turned up, despite me waiting in, and I have contacted them again by email with no resolution.

Three weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund and for the damaged item to be collected. What should have been a straightforward return has become a frustrating and time-consuming experience. Very disappointed with the customer service and, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Noa and Nami were super efficient in handling my order - it arrived quickly and they kept me updated at every stage. They have a great selection of stylish, good value furniture that really enhances the appearance of your home.

We wanted a low bunk bed for our grandsons aged 3 and 5 as they had outgrown their toddler beds. The HILDA low bunk bed from Noa and Nani was perfect for our needs. The bed was dispatched quickly, great tracking info on the day. Great quality, each piece was clearly numbered and instructions were easy to follow. Good quality. Highly recommended!

The quality of the product is excellent. The bed looks beautiful in white, feels sturdy and well made, and is a brilliant combination of style and practicality. The children absolutely love it, especially the handy storage space under the stairs where they can keep all their favourite books. It’s such a clever feature and helps keep everything organised.

Absolutely shocking experience & still awaiting a refund of over £300 for a failed delivery!! The order was sent to the delivery company twice apparantly. I now have never received the furniture and awaiting a refund. Really poor

I would give zero stars if possible I have been waiting nearly 3 months for a refund the service this company gives is the worse I have ever experienced in my life and the quality of furniture is definitely the worse I’ve ever brought in my life do not buy anything from this company it is terrible

Ordered 2 Karlstad bedside cabinets as well as a dressing table and chest of drawers. Upon putting the 1st bedside cabinet together, found the top would not fit as the holes did not match up with the base. Didn't bother even opening the other boxes, will be sending the lot back. To say I was upset at spending £465.96 on this crap is an understatement!

Great company! The bed we ordered is fantastic quality. I received emails from customer service to update me on my order and delivery times (without prompting). Everything was packaged securely, and easy to install. Worth every penny, really glad we ordered from them!

Great company. Quality, durable furniture, great designs and great customer service. Had bought several times before, this time I had an issue with the gas lift mechanism that didn't work. Contacted them and the very next day they confirmed a new one was in the way. Kept me update the whole time and when it arrived it worked fine. I'll always come back to them.

I am absolutely over the moon with the beautiful Otto sideboard I purchased from Now and Nani. I had been looking for several months, as I needed additional kitchen storage. When I came across Noa and Nani - I saw this piece and fell in love with it instantly, and couldn't believe the price.

Ordering was simple, delivery was swift and it took about 2 hours to build (with two of us taking several breaks) - really very straightforward and easy to follow instructions.

The finished sideboard looks even better in person, is solid and extremely well made - it has loads of storage and plenty space on the top for whatever you may need.

I had several very minor issues with small imperfections, and the way in which Noa & Nani responded quickly to my email and the way in which they resolved my query promptly, has ensured I will recommend them to everyone and 100% buy from them again (Otto display cabinet next!)
