Nöa and Nani Opiniões

Excellent customer service! and absolutely perfect furniture, highly recommend, will definitely order again!

Great company. Quality, durable furniture, great designs and great customer service. Had bought several times before, this time I had an issue with the gas lift mechanism that didn't work. Contacted them and the very next day they confirmed a new one was in the way. Kept me update the whole time and when it arrived it worked fine. I'll always come back to them.

I am absolutely over the moon with the beautiful Otto sideboard I purchased from Now and Nani. I had been looking for several months, as I needed additional kitchen storage. When I came across Noa and Nani - I saw this piece and fell in love with it instantly, and couldn't believe the price.

Ordering was simple, delivery was swift and it took about 2 hours to build (with two of us taking several breaks) - really very straightforward and easy to follow instructions.

The finished sideboard looks even better in person, is solid and extremely well made - it has loads of storage and plenty space on the top for whatever you may need.

I had several very minor issues with small imperfections, and the way in which Noa & Nani responded quickly to my email and the way in which they resolved my query promptly, has ensured I will recommend them to everyone and 100% buy from them again (Otto display cabinet next!)

After working in retail and luxury sales for over 26 years I can honestly say the ethos of Noa and Nani is amazing, and they truly embody what exceptional customer service should be. The quality and value are phenomenal and they truly go above and beyond to ensure you're happy.

Ordered toddler bed 5 days ago and received it yesterday. Both we and our toddler like the new bed! Easy to assemble, great quality and absolutely speedy delivery.
I would recommend purchasing furniture from Noa & Nani to my friends 😊

Great customer service and great quality product.

I bought the Mimi Shorty Bunk Bed for my twins, and it has been a fantastic purchase. Space is quite limited in their room, but this fits absolutely perfectly. I managed to put it together all by myself—the instructions were incredibly clear, and every single part was clearly labelled, which made assembly a breeze.
It's the perfect height, giving me total peace of mind that they are safe and won't fall out. Best of all, my twins absolutely love their new bed! Highly recommend for anyone short on space.

Great company, bought a sideboard through them kept me up to date the whole time through the shipping process. Sideboard was well wrapped and packaged and looks amazing. Was the perfect fit for the space we wanted to fill and feels like it’s much higher quality than the price. Did have a small issue with the delivery which was unavoidable but these things happen, and was no reflection of the company themselves.

Fabulous mid sleeper bed. Easy to put together, solid and beautiful. Great choice for my 5 and 3 year old daughters.

I am completely disappointed.

We moved into our new house today and had ordered this bed for our daughter - when we came to put it together not only was the wood paint chipped but the slats were missing from the box so we couldn’t put it together. We have now had to stay with family tonight instead of in our new house as our daughter had no bed to sleep in.

There is no contact number and no way to get in touch apart from email that takes 2 working days to reply. This is insane and terrible service.

We were looking for a sideboard to fit in the space beneath the TV in our lounge. I was shopping around online for a long time, but most sideboards were either too long or too deep. Then I found the Leines sideboard from Noa and Nani. I checked the measurements and made sure it fit. It perfect in the lounge and to my surprise it clears both of the mains sockets which means we can still get to them! The sideboard came in two boxes and it was very easy to put together, with clear and simple instructions — we only made one mistake which was putting the shelves the wrong way round so the doors would not close, however thankfully this was easily remedied. I was pleasantly surprised that the sideboard is solid wood, as a lot of flatpack furniture is thin and flimsy. Would definitely buy from this company again.

Great shoe cabinet, compact and fits neatly but lots of space inside. Received it promptly and as always, great experience buying from noa and nani!

Noa and Nani have always made practical and stylish items. I recently purchased with them and the communication and aftercare has been exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great product! My son loves his bunk bed. Easy enough to build, instructions were easy to use. Delivery driver was great as well. No issues at all everything was great

Great company to purchase from
The products are good quality, the shipping was quicker than expected.
The website easy to use and the bed and mattress easy to assemble. I would definitely be repurchasing more products from this company

Avoid used to be a good reliable business with good quality furniture untill I had an issue. Now iv got a bed with no mattress and my child sleeping on the floor. Costomers service response is shocking and there in no rush to help. Been purchasing my furniture from them for the last 5 years and have spent quite alot of money with various orders. Really gone down hill.

Very poor experience. Ordered a bed frame largely based on the listed product weight. What turned up was completely different to advertised, less than half the weight. Very flimsy and lightweight. Seller messed about refusing to arrange a return and refund. Just don’t waste time, go to a proper established store.

Great prices and good communication throughout order. Despatch times were about expected and overall good experience.

The delivery company lost some boxes, causing a frustrating delay. However, the Noa & Nani customer service team was excellent—friendly, responsive, and kept me informed throughout. They quickly arranged replacements and turned a negative situation into a positive one.

The furniture quality was worth the wait, and it’s clear Noa & Nani care about their customers, even when issues arise with their delivery partner. Thank you to the team for their helpful and professional support.
