My 3 little children are sleeping on mattresses on the floor in a completely empty room. Lottie Bed part found snapped when unpacking customer service are not getting back to me.
The Otto drawers are not fit for purpose the runners all break flimsy the ball bearings fall out and becomes a choking hazard for my baby.I will be retuning both Drawers I need return labels and refund as soon as it has been sent back as I do not have the finances to replace.
I ordered because my children had 2 beds from this company previously and they have lasted well. But the new furniture is not fit for purpose or if a problem arises you cannot correct it due to customer services

Great product, great communication, delivery time fab! really happy with item!

I had a great experience ordering from Noa & Nani. The ordering process was straightforward, communication was clear throughout, and my order arrived within the expected timeframe. The furniture was well packaged and everything arrived in excellent condition.

The quality is very good for the price, and the finished product looks exactly as advertised. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were easy to follow and all the parts were included.

Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Noa & Nani to anyone looking for stylish, good-quality furniture at a reasonable price. I would happily shop with them again.

All in all a fab experience. The new bed arrived in a couple of days when estimated delivery was a week! Once arrived my husband set to work on building it. It was so reasonably priced we weren't expecting much, but the quality is fantastic, everything lined up perfectly to the pre-drilled holes etc. looks great all put together. Storage underneath is great. Good experience with no issues. Thankyou

We couldn’t be happier with this sideboard. It arrived within days of ordering, and the flat packaging was first-class, it arrived in perfect condition. The unit is incredibly sturdy, durable, and feels exceptionally well made. Its weight and build quality give it a premium feel that exceeded our expectations.

Assembly was straightforward thanks to the clear and well-designed instructions. The finished piece looks fantastic in our living/dining area and has become a real focal point of the room. We love it so much that we’ve already recommended it to several friends. Highly recommended!

Great service and fast reply! Highly recommended

Purchased a shoe storage cuboard which was great quality and delivery was fast. I would recommend this company to others.

Do Not Buy from this company!!!!!!

I brought a bed which had missing parts and they were not able to supply me replacement and I only discovered these missing parts after assembly they want me to source new packaging to ship back for refund no offer of voucher or anything for the inconvenience for comparison Arte-N Furniture had the same mistake with another bed yet they were very apologetic and had new parts manufactured and offered a voucher. I would spend another penny on Noa and Nani

Disappointed with the order. My shoe cabinet arrived with at least six of the parts chipped and scratched. It's a massive pain to have to wait to get replacement parts redelivered with no refund offered for the inconvenience.

Purchased a bed in the past, and nore recently some drawers for storage under.

Very reasonably priced, clear instructions for assembly (very ikea-like!) and parts usually come with some extra for spares.

Have not needed to use customer service but delivery is on point with tracking

Ordered a bunk bed with step/stairs for my daughters. I found this particular style a few times and Noa and Nani had it at the best price. It was delivered quickly and my daughters absolutely love it. It’s practical, good quality and I am not worried about them navigating a ladder stairs in the night. I want to get a trundle underneath now and I will be ordering from them again.

I am thrilled with my purchase! The item arrived in perfect condition and even earlier than expected. Additionally, the customer service team was incredibly helpful and pleasant to deal with throughout the process. I highly recommend this company!

The cabinet is looked amazing and my kid loves it so much.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS
Slatted Shoe Cabinet - Black 14707938 (OpenBox- See T's & C's for details) × 1 -DISGUSTING BOX OF BROKEN and WORTHLESS BITS OF RUBBISH. 47 POUNDS !!!!!!!
Open Box ?? this was an insult and as a pensioner i cannot waste money, i understand the concept of a return and then buying blind, however this is clear exploitation of consumers and absolutely total disregard for selling on JUNK
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS
I dont want a refund i dont want a replacement i want N&N to feel shamed that they are prepared to re-sell RUBBISH.
1 star that would be for piracy

Great service and good quality bed. 👌

Quick and easy ordering process, product as described, prompt delivery and easy to contact customer service.

Super quick delivery (even to the Highlands of Scotland!) of a beautiful flatpack bookcase at a bargain price. Assembled within hours for a great sturdy addition to our book storage options.

This company is wonderful, and the products are fantastic quality. Shipping is quick and tracking info was accurate and timely. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Really easy to put together, we are currently renovating our kitchen and this was the perfect edition for all our recipe books and kitchen Knick knack and it has a beautiful country vibe, the pictures really don’t do it justice! It fits in with our aesthetic perfectly. I would highly recommend Noa and Nani this is our second purchase from them and again we were not disappointed!
