First time buying with this company. The whole process was seamless, with a test drive, sale, arranged day for pick up, and all paperwork dealt with efficiently with exemplary explanation! Ivan was our sales person and he is a credit to the team. Nothing was too much trouble and his communication was excellent keeping me informed from start to finish.

Sold me a ford focus on December 2024 with 32k on the clock. I paid £7.5k . Creaking clutch when hot and squeaking brakes. Took them 4 different appointments to sort both issues. Picked my car up and they “cleaned the brakes” and the noise was worse than when I dropped it off and the brakes felt weak. My car ended up needing a full clutch and flywheel rebuild which they tried making me pay for because it was wear and tear. Clutch and flywheel is NOT normal for a car with less than 40k miles so clearly a mechanical failure. Multiple phone calls, no communication, awful attitude towards basic customer standards. They’re courtesy cars are not road worthy at all bearing in mind I spent 7500 on a car they gave me a fiat panda with no rear window wiper no screen wash low oil brake lights were not working spongy brakes and heating that smelt like pure burning. They took no responsibility for anything at all. It took a formal email of complaint to get everything resolved in the end after I said I would take them to a claims court to claim for gross misconduct over the brakes issue and the clutch noise which could’ve quite easily put myself, my passengers which are often children, my partner and family members in the event of a brake failure or breakdown. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS

Furthermore I took my car to an MOT aswell as it being fixed. I was charged £40 paid cash and was told it passed 0 advisories as expected because in pre MOT inspection I had at a trusted garage there was no faults with the car at all. I checked my mot history today and it shows that it failed with a few faults. There is no way on gods green earth that this could’ve been possible because my passengers in the rear and myself had no issues with the seatbelts. In November it gets dark very early and I would’ve noticed that my headlights are too low because I travel to work early in the morning and my brake lines were not twisted either because I was present when the pre mot check was done a week prior to the MOT. It gets worse when they did not tell me about the issues my car supposedly had and not only that FALSIFIED AN MOT TEST

Follow up- they had no records of fixing my car up after the MOT so clear evidence of falsifying paperwork

Had an excellent experience helping our son to buy his first car. We were given plenty of time to browse available cars at our leisure and once our son had found the car he was after, we dealt with Lewis G who was brilliant throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain things to our son and was very friendly and professional at all times (makes a cracking cup of coffee too!) We were offered additional products /warranties etc but at no time felt pressured. We were kept regularly updated on progress when getting the car ready for collection. Seamless experience from start to finish. Ioni was great in helping us find the right car and the transfer was smooth.

I purchased a Mercedes from Nuneaton Car Sales around three months ago, and within just two weeks, multiple issues started appearing with the vehicle.

Initially, the dealership tried to avoid taking responsibility and insisted that I book the car in for a service instead. They also attempted to convince me that I had no right to reject the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which was very misleading.

To get an independent opinion, I took the car to a Mercedes specialist, who informed me that the vehicle had been remapped. This raised serious concerns about the level of inspection and checks carried out before selling cars to customers.

As a result, I ended up spending a significant amount of money dealing with these problems and received no compensation or goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. Luckily my finance company intervened and sent back the car, but I took Nuneaton car sales a whole month to pay me back my deposit. If it were possible, I would rate this dealer a 0 star.

One final point: be cautious about the reviews. Customers appear to be pressured into leaving positive reviews on the spot, which can give a misleading impression of the business.

I would NOT recommend this garage to reliably sell you a safe car. I have had nothing but trouble since purchasing my Nissan qashqai in February. First of all, I had to wait 2 weeks when I was told it would be a few days for the car to be ready - I only knew updates because I called them.
When test driving the car, it was dark and raining. The following day after purchase, I noticed a large chip in the centre of the windscreen. A professional windscreen repairer said this was pre existing and had been filled with resin. This was in no way pointed out to me at the time of purchase. I was also not told that there was only one key until after I had paid for the car. Furthermore, there were only 2 car mats in the car. I also noticed a dent near the fuel tank door which was not pointed out to me.
A month after purchasing, the car had to be sent into the garage for an oil leak which has ruined my driveway. Again, no communication about when it would be ready and I had to wait well over a week to collect it. I was not offered a courtesy car at all and had trouble getting myself and my child to school/work.
A few weeks after, the brakes were incredibly squeaky, the driver door was rattling and the clutch was making an odd sound. This meant that again, the car had to go to the garage so I was completely without a car again for the day.

Yesterday, we noticed the engine is STILL leaking oil. To the point where when we refilled the oil with a whole bottle, there was none on the dipstick after 10 minutes. I rang the garage and was told they couldn’t get it in until over a week’s time and after I asked about a courtesy car, they told me I could only have one if one was available because they had 9 out already. I cannot safely use my car with the engine in this state to drive myself and my son around. So now, I am once again without a car for at least a week.

At no point have I been given a genuine apology or felt that anyone was actually bothered about my experience. We spent over £9000 on this car and I have had so much stress and trouble with it already - 3 visits to the garage since purchasing and a ruined driveway! I have no faith in the car’s longevity and ability to pass an MOT when it comes around. I feel like I have been deceived about the car’s quality and have been massively let down as a customer. We are already having a difficult time as a family and should not have to feel such stress and worry over something that should be exciting and that was expensive! I am gutted with my car after waiting years to upgrade.
