Awful! Had car 3 weeks only , started making sounds and showing breaking system down! Had to take car back to them! Apparently breaks were worn out to metal! They gave me car like that to drive with my kids! Then on way from their garage car went into limp mode and engine cut off! Now car is not running! My partner barely made it from motorway! Have to wait a week now for them to take car back and repair it! Thats after having car 3 weeks and they tried to say it was my fault ! Wish I never got car from this garage! Awful experience!

Then Dan in finance was extremely helpful and professional as well. When I came to collect the car, Tim was amazing, he took time to explain everything and made sure the car itself was ready for my collection. I would recommend this company a hundred times more!

Quite literally THE most stressful, frustrating and atrocious car buying experience myself and my family have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. I purchased an X-trail on 18th Feb which quickly developed multiple faults including water ingress, electrical issues, and an unreliable immobiliser. Repairs were not properly carried out despite being told they were. Had to continuously chase for repairs/ courtesy car as my car is a necessity for every day use not a luxury. Courtesy car provided was unsafe, engine management light on, tyre pressure lights, no washer fluid, barely any fuel, and even broken glass in the rear where my children were sitting and USED EAR BUDS all over the car.
After a second attempt to get it repaired I was told the same lies as the first time I brought it in, and also told they would be keeping it another week. I rejected the vehicle almost 2 weeks ago, yet the dealership have relisted it and took a deposit from another customer and only just refunded my finance, leaving me without a car and still tied to the agreement. So congratulations to the new owner of YL65 ESU — I genuinely wish you the best of luck.

I had a really great experience when purchasing my car, and I’d like to give special thanks to Ionica who handled all the paperwork. She was extremely professional, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process.

She explained everything clearly, took her time to make sure I understood each step, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and the communication was excellent from start to finish.

You can really tell she cares about her work and her customers. Highly recommended – it’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and helpful! 😊

I purchased a car from Nuneaton Car Sales on 03/08/2025, and by 19/09/2025 the vehicle had completely broken down due to a faulty head gasket. Coolant had leaked into the cylinders, leaving the car in need of a full engine replacement less than two months after purchase.
From the moment I reported the issue, the service I received was utterly unacceptable. Despite admitting that sourcing a replacement engine would be extremely difficult, the dealership failed to provide any clear timeline, updates, or reassurance on if this issue would ever be resolved.
I repeatedly made it clear that this situation was urgent. At the time, I was heavily pregnant and needed a reliable car in case I went into labour. This was completely ignored. The attitude of the staff was dismissive, unprofessional, and at times outright rude, with repeated comments of “it’s not our fault.” I was also promised callbacks from managers on multiple occasions, none of which ever happened.
The only “solution” eventually offered was for me to purchase another car from them at a higher price. When I refused to give them any more money, I was told I could not expect any form of financial compensation — an outrageous response given the circumstances.
They then offered a refund minus £2000, despite the considerable inconvenience and distress they had caused. During what was already a difficult pregnancy, I had to attend more hospital appointments than usual and was forced to rely on taxis due to being left without a working vehicle.
This entire experience showed a complete lack of accountability, basic customer care, and professionalism. Their aftersales service was effectively non-existent, and their handling of this situation was disgraceful. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from Nuneaton Car Sales to avoid them entirely.

Well what can we say other than a huge thank you to Lewis who was responsible for selling the car to us today .Lewis displayed the highest level of professionalism and high quality customer care and service throughout the transaction process .
We are what would be termed an older couple in our 70s at no point did we feel anything other than very well supported and well informed throughout the buying process.
A special mention too for the manager Abu who also displayed excellent customer service and care .Thank you .
All we can add is if you are looking for a second hand car you need look no further than Nuneaton car sales .you will be spoilt for choice .
