Nutri Drinks Purchase - FortiJuice/Fortisip Nutritional Supplement Drinks
I purchased a multi-pack of (12 x 200ml) Fortisip Banana Milkshake and a multi-pack of (15 x 200ml) Fortijuce Apple Juice Style supplement drinks to aid my post operation recovery. I ordered this particular brand as they were the ones prescribed to me while I was in hospital. I feel they're extremely beneficial in ensurining all of my nutritional requirements are being met and aiding my body in the healing process. I can highly recommend NutriDrinks for the quality of the products and their professional service.

Great service - on regular order
Tried to do a repeat online order & it failed twice, so for the first time I called Nutri Drinks directly. The customer service was excellent & processed my order over the phone, with out any issues. My fortisip’s were delivered the next day & have an August 2024 expiry date on them. Nutri Drink continue to provide a great customer service & goods that have longevity.

Out-of-Stock Status Not Declared
If a product is out of stock, Nutridrinks need to update their website to reflect this, so that it stops accepting credit card details for a purchase that is never going to materialise. There are customers who rely on some of the products Nutridrinks sell because of serious medical conditions and palliative care needs, like my mother. (I buy her a particular flavour of nutrition drink that is not available on the NHS, so she has enough variety). By not declaring whether an item is out-of-stock, Nutridrinks are delaying customers from sourcing these products elsewhere. I would like to urge Nutridrinks to correct this.

Good morning Pamela, thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that your experience with our website was not great.
I can see that you have tried to order twice on the 2nd October and the order did not go through, that is why you have not recived a confirmation email. It seems that there was a problem with the card number and the transactions failed.
We always update the stock status as soon as we receive notifications from the manufacturers during our office hours from 8am until 16:30.

My order was delivered next day
I ordered my fibre and next day it was here! Excellent service! I was actually checking Amazon but even with free delivery everything was more expensive. Then I was quite in a hurry to get this for my son and I thought it was going to take forever to arrive, but after googling a bit I came up with this page and I am so happy I decided to order from them. Half the price from Amazon and still next day delivery

I have these drinks a lot in fact I mostly live on them. The product itself is very good. Expensive and I’d buy a lot more if cheaper. Probably the most expensive I’ve found works out nearly £5 per drink.
However the delivery is awful. This time I ordered well in advance on a Wednesday I think. I wanted them ready for when I got back from holiday I was told they’d arrive on Saturday It’s Monday now and I’m still waiting. I’m hoping to find an alternative product.
