Do not buy from this company
I would give them Zero stars if I could. After confirming receipt of my order they've done nothing. Nearly two weeks have gone by and they haven't delivered anything, or contacted me. They haven't replied to my email asking what's happening.
They were quick to take my money though. So now I'm going to have to start legal action to get it back.
I will never use these people again.

Sometimes slow in responding to mails.
Otherwise helpful in solving issues.

After the delay
After the delay, I have received the cacao. I opened it and it is not mature.
I am so disappointed and I feel robbed. You are trying to support a black-owned business and these types of things happen.
I hope you enjoy the 30£.

Not impressed
I ordered guavas, jackfruit and Soursop.
One of the guavas was rotten- soft and mouldy and all. I emailed and didn't get a response.
The jackfruit some of it was not very sweet. Some of it also still had the remnants from the seed- you know the brown shell.
I never got to eat the soursop. It started to mould and when i cut it it was brown inside. I've emailed twice about the fruits and haven't had a response. It's been 2 weeks.

Hi we see you initially place and order and cancelled 24hrs later which we fully refunded, subsequent order was send out as per advice on our shipping policy, allow 3-5 working days for despatch for some items. We send via DHL and tracking is confined as received. We hope this provides some clarity. Unfortunately we are sourcing fresh produce which isn’t always readily available.
