I had a very disappointing experience with Octopush.
My account was suddenly closed after their automated systems detected activity that they considered to be in violation of their terms and conditions. I later explained to their support team that I am a cybersecurity teacher and that the activity was part of an educational demonstration to show students how phishing works and why it is a real threat.
I fully understand and respect that their systems flagged the activity. However, the main issue is what happened afterwards.
Their support informed me that my account could not be reopened, which I accepted. I then politely asked for a refund of the remaining balance on my account. Unfortunately, after that message, I stopped receiving any response.
I followed up again after more than 48 hours, but still received no reply regarding the refund or the process to recover the remaining funds.
At this point, my account is closed and my balance is still blocked with no clear communication from the company.
I hope Octopush can respond and resolve this situation.

Achat de SMS, campagne sms programmée, jusqu'ici tout va bien, sms prélevés. Le jour J campagne de SMS non aboutie aucunes informations. Compte client inaccessible. Je contact le service client me disant qu'il est impossible de recuper les SMS ou de se faire rembourser. Cela s'appelle tout bonnement du vol !

They are fraud. I paid 60 EURO. After a while they closed my account. That's Very disappointing. Don't pay them, otherwise you will be the next target.

You sent fraudulent SMS in order to Scam people. We have received a Warning from the operator, what is putting us at risk, because of your fraudulent activity. The SMS that you sent have been paid, it's a shame that you dare to complain about a scam when you are the scammer..
I registered to their service, expecting to promote a local product within my country, after loading $15 for their service they just block my access to the account, also refused to refund. Trustpilot do not allow screenshots, it not I can publish proofs.
