I had ordered online for a pick up order, food was cold. In the parking lot I grabbed a bread stick, the bread stick was cold. I went inside to let them know How nice they gave me instructions on how to heat them up at home. Really. I gave them a bad review for that experience. How awesome that I received a representative email back, was given a gift card. So wanting to go to Olive Garden last night, I took my Mom and Niece, what excellent food and service we received. And the staff couldn't have known anything because I didn't display the gift card until it was time to pay. Thank you Olive Garden for standing behind your service and food quality m

Olive Gardens cheesecake tastes like cardboard. Even with the strawberries on it it still taste like crap. That’s the worse cheesecake I ever tasted

salad changed , iceberg Lettice which every other restaurant has .. .. I only go a few times a year but no more , to much decline in food quality , I cant think of a reason to ever return . hadicap parking is the worst in the city ..

The salad and breadsticks were over the top excellent but the pasta had very little sauce and so was very dry. Service was good and I tipped accordingly.

They're specials for $14.99. do not get it's a trap because the spaghetti that you get then and take home for later. It sucks. It's just a little bit of. It's the same thing that you would get in the can ready to go. It's the same thing that's what they buy and just warm it up and use a noodle. That's it. It sucks. It's a trap. You will waste your money of $32 do not get.

I went to olive garden the one in winter park after we ate the waiter gave each party their checks and I notice the check that the waiter gave me was wrong and he stated that it would be corrected well after leaving the restaurant I noticed that I had been over charged for my meal after speaking with one manger by the name of Jose he stated that my money will be refunded back to my card which it wasn’t.I reported it to my bank that the amount that they charged to my card was incorrect.Let’s see what happens

The service was great but the Italian food not good. No flavor no garlic and was bland.

Myself and a guest was at your Bangor, Maine rest today. The food was gd. but we never got our bread sticks. I asked for them when we left and he brought them to us. Thats not a way to handle waiting tables. He also never asked how our meal was. The service is not that gd today and it wasn't busy. Hopefully that waiter changes his approach to his customers.

Wish I could give our experience higher than a 5 star review. My kids took me to dinner for my birthday to the Olive Garden at 2150 Ikea RBFCU Pkwy; Live Oak, TX 78233 and our wonderful professional server was the best ever, HANNAH! I think it’s the best service I’ve ever received. The food was delicious and you get huge servings. Hannah knew what we needed even before we knew it! She was so attentive and professional, you could tell she loved her job. I can’t thank Olive Garden and Hannah for such a special treat. Don’t miss the desserts, I had my choice on the house and chose the chocolate cake that was absolutely mouth-watering and divine. We will definitely be back soon and asking for HANNAH!

Our visit to the Olive Garden in Richmond (1230) was one of the most enjoyable dining experiences in years. We were first welcomed by a gentleman who appeared to be management, seated immediately and the attending waitress was exceptional. The dinners were exactly as we requested and cooked to perfection. The monetary value of the visit was equal to or less than take-out today which only enhanced our overall satisfaction. Will definitely revisit this location.

We ate at 2 Olive Gardens 1 in Austin, TX and 1 in San Antonio, TX. The food was terrible, I will never eat at another Olive Garden. I suggest anyone that reads this not to ever eat at another Olive Garden... Also the waitress kept my Credit Card. What in the world is going on

We were seated and our waitress took our drink orders. Took forever to get them. She then asked if we wanted soup or salad. We told her salad. Took forever. Finally brought it out. Didn't offer cheese. The people in the booth behind us who came in AFTER were given their drinks AND the salad WITH cheese. THEN their food was brought to them while we were still waiting there. Others who got there after us were also given their food. We said to bring us our check because we were hungry and everyone else were eating but us. We will never go back.

And wrong gluten free entree. My non gf Alfredo was sticky and had a sheen. I believe it was microwaved. All our plates were scalding hot. And my friend got gluten chicken Parm with pasta Instead of GLUTEN FREE chicken Margherita with broccoli. Sensitive gluten free folks...beware.

I had a $100.00 order to be delivered it said it arrive between 6:15 and 6:30pm, well after waiting for a good hour I called olive garden they neglect to tell you that their orders are delivered by UBER they could not tell if the order was picked up and I was told to call UBER and it was out of their hands, my account was not charged and never got the order!!! McDonld's was good

First the menus didn't have the newly advertised meals in it like the steak gorgonzola and others, next ordered that but without the balsamic glaze, but it still came with the glaze on, sent it back. Was told it would be put on a quick list, but my spouse finished their meal before this even came out. Then waitress never asked if we wanted a second bowl of soup before the meal came out. Then asked for a refill of the peach iced tea and got unsweetened tea instead. Lastly, was charged for playing games which we never touched. Took 3 people to remove that from bill.

I had beef Gorgonzola . Very disappointed, it was a cheap piece of steak full of gristle. And on top of that the pasta had no flavor.

Great service! Love the famous house salad, always so good. I recommend the Shrimp Fritto Misto appetizers and Breadsticks. I like the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo, my steak was well-done and the pasta good taste. It´s a good option to eat pasta. I enjoy the attention provided by the waitress.

The food wasn’t very good, I went there last night for my birthday, with my family. I was disappointed.

Came for lunch. Another couple were seated awaiting a table. As we approached the hostess, the couple wwas called to a table. We were asked to wait. A party of 3 came in and were seated immediately. Shortly thereafter, another couple walked in and again, seated immediately. At this time we told the hostess we were leaving at which time she stated she was just getting ready to seat us. We left to patronize another establishment.

There is no OG reasonably close to us, so having rented a car we drove 25 minutes to Pinellas Park. My husband was looking forward to the Soup, salad and breadsticks after some years absence.
His food was fine and he enjoyed it.
I had ordered the Calamari appetizer. It was so heavily drenched in seasoning that I couldn't taste the Calamari. The two accompanying dips were so salty that one taste was enough (too much actually.) Do the cooks actually taste what they produce?
No need to bother returning.
