If purchased 3 of these auto doors and they are great.

I can't rave enough about Omlet and their customer service. I purchased a rabbit door over two years ago and unfortunately one of the latches recently broke. When I contacted Omlet to purchase a replacement, they replaced it free of charge, no questions asked. I was absolutely thrilled. Thanks for your great products and awesome customer service!

I purchased a bolster bed about 6 months ago. The time from purchase to dispatch was a little slow (about 10 days) especially considering purchased express freight is the only option unless you are able to collect from their warehouse in NSW.
My two dogs love the bed. Great quality, easy to clean, and very stylish- goes beautifully with the rest of my decor. I've just purchased a second!

Family have an eglu in the uk and we have one in Australia! Compared to last coop it’s funky, easy to clean and our girls are cool and safe. Great product and competitive with other premium coops. Cheers

Really wish I had read the reviews here prior to purchase. Terrible customer service, false information on website, happy to take money for items not in stock WITHOUT advising that there is no stock and will be significant delays. One phone call and two emails can’t get past the same person who refuses to pass on my complaint to someone with more knowledge/authority to handle it. I have no idea if the product is any good as I still have not received it but I can’t imagine it’s good enough to offset the delay and poor customer service.

Appalling service and dreadful quality. Our previous experiences were positive but our last purchase was extremely unsatisfactory from delivery time to product supplied.

Ordered A$1600 worth of product from Omlet back in the beginning of May this year, with the intention of using the Eglu as designed with a connection kit to a bigger run (in this case we got a 2 x 3 x 2).

The initial delivery came without a few pieces, so we couldn't complete the run. No big, it happens. We waited.

They sent out some missing pieces so we could finish the run off. We built this but there was no Connection Kit, so we couldn't connect the Eglu from the outside, it had to placed on the inside of the run – taking up space within it.

We called (and called... it takes a LONG time to get through to anyone at Omlet) and finally they said they would send it out asap.

4 months later, with many follow-up phone calls that they have ignored, and we are still waiting for them to send the Connection Kit so our order is complete and the product can be used how it was advertised and intended. Just last week, when we spoke to you, you said it should have been here already (yep) and that you would make sure it was here this week.

It's not.

Awful product delivery, terrible customer service, and no business ethics. We'd planned on sinking more money into this by expanding the size of the run but will never give Omlet another cent.
