Excellent customer service agent who…

Excellent customer service agent who helped me recover the reduce my bill by £33.58 because I'd incurred these miscellaneous surcharges and extortionate fees when I'd lost my NHS bank staff job.
I hadn't received a source of income until the first JSA payment in mid March 2025, 3 days after the bill payment was due.

Awful company

Awful company! Keep putting your bills up and up, plus add on random products without your approval, and even when you remove them, they add them straight back. Don't get seduced by a short term offer as your long term experience will not be good...

Absoloutely the worst service

Absoloutely the worst service. Had massive issues spoke to escalation team, and then the provision team, was told would have a call back on the 20th of March from the provision team, been on hold now for 45 minutes trying to get through to someone as have had no follow up regarding my order which is already 1 month late, and promises of call backs just liesz!

Sammy was patient & knew what he was…

Sammy was patient & knew what he was talking about. He sent me an email with a picture, so I could see what I had to do next. He is going to call back before 5pm, with next steps, once he has monitored the broadband for an hour or so.

I had phoned and cancelled your service…

I had phoned and cancelled your service a week or more ago as l was still in contract with Focus , but was still getting msgs about you coming to change line and he reassured me it was all cancelled and not to worry so excellent service from Elliot thank you
