I signed up with Onebill wifi mainly because of their low prices, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. While the initial cost seemed reasonable, after 2-3 months I started noticing hidden charges creeping in. At one point, they even debited 3x the normal amount without any notice, which they later "refunded" in the form of credits rather than returning my money directly.

The service itself has been far from reliable. Almost every month, my internet connection goes down for 1-2 days.

Customer service is not the worst, but certainly not professional either—I'd rate them around 7/10. They try to help, but you can tell there's a lack of organization. Internet speed has been okay at about 7/10 when it’s actually working, but the overall quality of service is more like 3/10.

On top of all that, I get spam calls almost every week pushing upgrades or additional services like card machine, etc.

Cheap & good prices, but at the cost of reliability and transparency. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for consistent service and peace of mind.

Dan was extremely thorough and helpful, exactly the customer service I needed! While I’m still young and pretty savvy in most areas of technology, when it comes to landlines especially old styles I’m a little dim😂 Dan was able to translate in to the proper lingo, was really patient and didn’t make me feel like a total idiot.
