Ordered yesterday afternoon and my order of x9 wax burners arrived around an hour ago. Can't quite believe how quick this was. I paid std postage so didn't expect to get my order for at least 3 days if not more. The items were securely packaged including bubble wrap, filling and fragile stickers marking the box. Have no negative comments to give and feel this has been gold standard of what to expect from online shops

Delivery never came
I ordered a bottle of wheel cleaner for my car I needed it for a event.meant to come in 3 to 5 days,It's been 10 days and I still haven't received it. would not recommend.

Couldn’t get my hair dye anywhere so…
Couldn’t get my hair dye anywhere so tried here for the first time. They had my dye in stock, good price and delivery was great as well. Would definitely use again.

You will receive your stuff if they can be bothered
I think it’s hit and miss with this company. I believe they are telling me my parcel was lost in transit but when looking at the parcel size online it was saying 10 cm x 10 cm if you can fit eight bottles of Talc and dogs bags carpet freshener candle several other items into that box, makes me think that they never sent items after waiting 10 days, I emailed the company which said they would send a refund to my bank. Let’s see if that happens. So good luck if you order from them

We do apologise for the inconvenience caused with the delivery of your order.
Unfortunately, as previously stated, this was lost in transit.
The shipping dimensions/weight are yet to match up to the parcel that is sent out due to an issue with the integration with the courier that we are currently working on.
A refund was issued on the date and time as mentioned but it is now up to the payment provider to process this.
