First order with this company, took longer than expected for dispatch so I did have to reach out and ask where my order was but very impressed with the customer service from Josh, replied straight away to apologise for the delay in sending and then my order was shipped that day and delivered within a couple of days. Everything as expected, would order again.

All items were previously used so no surprises there. Arrived safely. Prices competitive.

We found everything we wanted and at a good price. I was delighted to receive my goods the day following wen my order was made.

this online store is a joke, i ordered fabulosa foam sprays fresh breeze x12 cans and i received x12 can of polish sprays i emailed to get the wrong items sent back and new ones resent. took over a week but i finally got the new items sent to me. on opening it to find that all they did was put stickers over the polish to say foam spray but it was still polish. i sprayed it on my furniture and noticed it wasn't foaming up on inspecting the can i noticed that stickers had been placed over the top but you could still see the bottom writing saying glass, metal, wood ON ALL THE CANS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. i am waiting on a reply as i want my money back ASAP. this is disgusting.

Had a small problem with order but Josh sorted in and I received my order next day.

Ordered 10 days ago, nothing still here. Seems to be common looking at other reviews on here.

Initially thought I was getting a good deal, but I guess you pay for you get. Joke is I didn’t get my order still waiting for it and it’s been two weeks from when I placed the order. I’m hoping to get it within the week. Contact their customer service and they confirmed my address. However, nothing else was resolved after that.

I went to Online Pound Store, today. I have an addiction for air freshners as I always, love my flat to smell, fresh and clean oh and fruity.

As I went through their products I noticed, they had household names, so I decided to stock up on my air freshners ( 30 in total ) .

I also bought my cleaning products, they were their own names, but still very, very effective. I am pleased with my purchases and will be shopping here again, very soon.

Online Pound Store are excellent.
