Great value products; one item missing, with no acknowledgement
Fantastic products at great value, delivered very promptly. One item was missing from my order, but with no delivery note, acknowledgment or apology.
When I emailed the company to query it, I received a response saying sorry, that the item was no longer in stock, and that they would issue a refund within the next 10 days.
Presumably down to someone at the warehouse realising the product was out of stock, but just sending the rest of the order out with no reference to the missing item, either hoping it wouldn't be noticed, or not caring if it was.

We are currently in the process of implementing a new system to prevent inventory issues.
I can confirm that a refund was sent to you on 31/07.
The payment was sent to your original payment method however it can take up to 5-10 working days for funds to settle.
