From start to finish brilliant. I was kept upto date all the way through. When delivered I was delighted with the excellent packaging and when opened I was more than happy with the quality of my oak sideboard. I will definitely recommend this company.

Large oak chest of drawers
This is the second time we have purchased Katrina oak furniture from Only Oak. We were impressed by the quality of the product, both the finish and the precision of manufacturing was really good. The drawers fit snugly into the unit, run on ballbearing runners and are not loose and sloppy, as is the case with so many units we have looked at, we also liked the fact that the drawers were easy to remove from the unit, making it lighter for moving the unit upstairs.

Called 2 weeks ago regarding a £1700…
Called 2 weeks ago regarding a £1700 order and was told they will chase the order up.
Heard nothing, my wife rang last week and they blamed the delivery company ???
I rang today and was told I'd get a call back , nothing , rang again and was promised a call before they closed at 5pm.... nothing.
Will be calling tomorrow to cancel the order and want to be refunded fully.
Terrible customer communications, they don't seem to be bothered when they have your money...

The driver called me 35 minutes before arrival. He and his co-worker were very pleasant and friendly. They also offered to put the furniture in the room for me.

Furniture is lovely but getting it delivered was hard.
When I purchased my sideboard base and top, I specifically stated I wanted the packaging removed and the item placed where I wish, at the point of sale, the sales people at only oak furniture promised they would do this. I asked for this in writing, but they said that isn't their policy, however my item would be unpacked.
My first delivery was cancelled, as the delivery van broke down. They wasted my WHOLE DAY. Then they came to deliver my item on a day where I had informed them I wasn't available. And on top of that the delivery driver was 4 HOURS LATE. I waited anyway, but the delivery guy, Elliott, didn't UNPACK AND LEFT MY ITEMS IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LIVING ROOM, UPSIDE DOWN.
Whenever I have had to ring only oak furniture it took ages to contact the customer service assistant. You have to speak to a receptionist and wait 2 hours for a customer service assistant to get back.
The customer service advisor, Claire, was lovely all the way, when she would call me back, and she helped as much as she could. I think she realized how hard a time I had, and it was really the delivery company's fault. In the end I got a partial refund back to help me unpack. The furniture itself was packed very well, and looks wonderful in my living room. All's well that ends well.

Excellent quality
The display cabinet arrived in perfect condition and excellent quality with 2 helpful delivery men.
The only drawback was that an incorrect delivery was made a couple of weeks ago but when the correct item was delivered we were very pleased.

The only reason it’s not 5* is the gap between order and delivery seemed quite long (I believe they wait till they have a full set of deliveries) - not really a big problem and maybe I’m just a bit impatient!

Small oak bookcase
I received my furniture on time and in excellent condition. The packaging is thorough to say the least and there is little or no chance of damage. This is my second order and I have received lovely quality goods both times.

Excellent piece of furniture - 3 shelf small oak bookcase. Extremely well wrapped and protected on delivery. Short of two pins to hold a shelf up, but contacted and resolved and posted out when next available. Great service

Great quality furniture at a fair price
We had to wait for our sideboard as it was out of stock when we placed our order. However, I'm pleased to say it arrived yesterday and it was well worth waiting for. The unit is of good quality and definitely value for money. It was delivered by two very friendly and efficient guys who took great care during the process.
