Needed a good windscreen removed from an Alfa 159 to tackle rust behind it , he passed me onto 'His windscreen removal guy ' who said it " was awkward to do",
Now its no more awkward than any other screen and you're meant to be a professional with the professional equipment which cuts the bonding but he then said 'what if it cracks' ? Then if it does crack you have insurance, you haven't done your job correctly and you shouldn't be in the game
I don't have to take and supply my own food at a restaurant just incase the cook burns it !
He said he " Doesn't want to get involved".
Waste of time and the fitter is a waste of space.

Had a chip found these guys on line and location near me , Charles explained everything in detail . 30mins later all repairs completed. And to a high standard. Would recommend . 👌

Had the pleasure of meeting Charles George at sainsburys Heaton Park he talked me through the whole process and I stayed with the car as I finished my shopping he even talked me through checking my insurance and it was covered and no excess for pay and doesn't effect no claims bonus so he repaired 2 chips in 20 mins and we had a good chat and a laugh while it waited to dry and set and its like having a new window screen belting service and really nice bloke

Optic-Kleer Windscreen Repair. Fast, efficient and friendly turned things around within an hour of placing a call. Ian Watkins, West Sussex area, was a star, really nice bloke and super efficient. He moved his appointments around in order to come and repair a chipped windscreen. He was friendly and helpful. Thoroughly easy, simple, straightforward, fast, efficient service. Highly recommend.

Sorted out very quickly at Sainsbury's in Cobham. David was very professional and sorted out the chip very quickly.

He also provided stickers to immediately cover any future chips to protect them before they can be repaired.

He even pointed out that the windshield on my car had actually been replaced in the past (I was not told about this when I bought the car!).

We just popped into Morrisons Yeadon. Leeds and notice the Opti-Kleer van was doing screen repairs. From pulling into finishing it was 20 mins. The service eas excellent and we were guided through every step and the payment which turned out to be £25 and the balance via our insurer. Mr Ibrahim Khan was so fantastic and professional with a great chatty manner.
He deserves a big thank you.

I’d had difficulty getting a windscreen chip repair by two major companies who had let me down. By chance saw Chris French from Optic Kleer in Tesco car park Sudbury. He carried out the repair quickly and efficiently sorting out the insurance without hassle. Very impressed.

My windscreen chip has just been repaired by Julian of Optic-Kleer, in my local supermarket car park, while I shopped.
When my Insurance broker told me that Optic-Kleer were not on my insurance companies list of approved repairers, Julian contacted them himself, and verified that I was able to have him complete the repair AND claim on my insurance with only my excess to pay.
I feel that was above and beyond good service.
The repair was completed carefully and efficiently (I returned before he was finished) and I won't hesitate to contact Optic-Kleer again should more stones fly in my direction. Excellent 5-star service.

We had chipped wind screen as we travelled up to Scotland and phone optic Kleer in Perth and the gentleman John could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to repair it as we were worried about travelling back and the chip getting worse.
